Did mine took 2 days was a nightmare but garage wanted £300 plus vat to fit .Brought the matrix new from nissan the new core comes with the copper pipes as well cost about £330 plus 2 new water hoses for matrix. Take lower dash panels off and heater trunking a few wires , sensors for climate control and plugs remove the side cover small bolts 8mm i think disconect spring .Matrix will not come out on a manual car with clutch pedal and booster in remove bolts on floor for pedal, 2 bolts on the clutch master cylinder under the bonnet and 2 bolts under the clock set and remove the booster and pedal .this takes a bit of jiggleing but it will come out past the loom .There is also a tricky nut under the rubber grommet between the 2 pipes under the bonnet 8mm which you cant see i snapped mine of in the end off the back of the heater box .You will need a new grommet £10 from nissan as these go hard and split when removeing.Also dissconect cable and clip this is tricky to refit as well think theres a heater type ecu box which you have to remove and un plug near matrix once every thing is clear matrix will slide out of heater box .I left the pipes on and yanked it out with pipes attached as the new nissan one had pipes attached but i think you can just change the core if thats the part thats leaking .Be aware on second hand units its a lot of work to find out replacement leaks, pipes can leak as well .The primera matrix requries cutting heater box dash out job dont go there .

Got lots of peeling laquer on my polished lip wheels.Anyone got any ideas of how to strip the laquer from the lips it is more like a thin plastic clear coat.Tried thinners and wonder wheels no good.Was going to try nitromors paint stripper but wasnt sure if it whould destroy the polished finish.thanks taff:balloon:

Im sure the tein rods are the same as z32 rods there just thick rods the same as z32 alot off the s13 200sx guys buy them for drifting because there thicker .The tein rods are actually nissan z32 /r32 rods rebranded tein .All you need for more lock are these spacers http://www.driftworks.com/catalog/products/steering-angle-spacers.html

Fitted new matrix and metal pipes a new hoses in 2 days what a pig of a job all works ok had to snap the silly 8mm bolt which goes in between the 2 pipes throw the bulkhead got feed up with it .

Can you put the clutch pedal back with booster in place been trying for hours cant get it past the top loom tryed it bolted to booster as well any tips thanks.

What a job finished for today still havent got matrix out cant undo the 8mm bolt[screw] inbetween the 2 pipes where they go through the fire wall .Got clutch pedal out now as well . was thinking about tuging the pipes and trying to break the screw i can feel it but cant undo it .Im picking a new matrix up from nissans tommorow not sure if it comes with these pipes or not any help please thanks.

Trying to fit new heater matrix now, the black electronic control box with 4 plugs in i cant get out .Ive unscrewed the 2 lower screws but cant even see any top screws .iITS a manual do i need to take the clutch pedal out its a nightmare job thanks.

Think its 3.4 litres being redline oil american thats 4 quarts youl need 4 bottles its not cheap .

Any one had problems with tein rear top mounts knocking over bumps .Mine are getting bad now just wondered if its a known problem with tein flex coilovers .Been on the car 4 years now thanks:)
