I had my workshop broken into just before xmas, cut the phone lines, took 20mins to get through the doors, damaged 2 cars inside, filled a van up and away. This was at 6.30pm on a Fri night!! Cameras got everything but had a stolen van and ski masks on. Lost 15k in stock!! Bob

Have you charged the cap up? some come with a resistor you use to charge it with the engine running. Bob

The cap is on all the time but only supplies power to the amp when it needs it. It`s like another battery sitting there but only gets used when you turn the amp up and get a voltage drop, the cap then supplies any extra power reqd. Bob
