Ah f*ck! I'm so glad nobody else on hear bought one. I'm just looking through my email to see what details (phone, address) I have. I spoke to him on the phone and he seemed alright to, plus I was based just down the road not long before the raffle started. I feel embarrased that I put it on here now. I bought two tickets myself.

I dont agree with the "too good to be true" bit, there have been plenty of these auctions, and they work well. However this time it would appear as if the ******* has ripped everyone off :rant:

I've been reading through the forums and its just ridiculous. He hasn't even been on some of them to tell people whats happened. He specified a date and time and then turned up early (even though people were there and didn't see him), then 'got kicked out' of the services (yeah, right like thats going to happen). So he went to another car park and got one of the peoples girl friends to do the draw. It just so happens the winner lives in Bournemouth! 5 miles from him!!

After reading the whole lot Dave do you think its a rip ??? something is deffo wrong especially when at least 1 person said they were at the sevices BEFORE it was to take place and checked both sides of services. I really think he is gonna be hunted now thats for sure !!!

I just cant believe someone so respected on that forum and a club member could make such a mess of the whole thing.when i was involved the the Skyline scene some of my good friends off that forum bought tickets,

he sold only 160 tickets wasnt it? so no way did he get the cash he wanted,. so legally, thats 160 cases of obtaining money by deception, get the ticket buyers to all report to the police, the fooker would go down for it......

It looks dodgy as hell. I can't see how anyone could be stupid enough to do it so amateurly (sp?) if he is telling the truth. The winner was 5miles down the road for christ sake! I'm giving the address out if he doesn't reply to my mail. TBH I think its only fair that all the people who bought tickets should have it anyhow. I think a few of the skyline boys are paying a visit. Maybe it requires some action? If I was still based down there I could go and have a chat :mac1: . But I'm miles away now and frankly have so much on my plate I don't want the bother. Maybe tomorrow he will do some explaining when he realises most of the internet community are wanting 'a word'.
