  2. im running a john dixon chip. at 1bar it runs fine its just at 5-6psi that its happening. Ive just been in garage and changed the passenger side o2 sensor and for some reason the tdc had changed from 15btdc to 25btdc. ive managed to get it back down to 19btdc but its reading as running lean on conzult(not full conzult). Now need to work out how to stop it been so lean.
  3. it was like a misfire noise but really fast and stuttered at 5psi. almost like a knock on a empty container.
  4. dont know, but they are standard plugs. done less than 5000miles

  7. After going for a drive out today i have devoloped a det problem. it happens around 5-6psi on boost and after that runs fine. There is no knock sensor on the car so cant be that, and i have a apexi avcr set to 0.9bar and at 80% injector duty. There are no air leaks and i havd a k&n air filter fitted. any ideas please?

  10. most likely one of the intercooler hoses if its under the headlight. remove the plastic cover from under that corner and check the hoses.
  11. they are the deal of the year at that price.
  12. the closer to zero the better. edit forget that ^^^, i misread the post. listen to noz, he knows his stuff.
  13. had mine done and have now had them on for 2yrs with no problems at all.
  14. nice find. what year, model micra are they on?
  15. tear off all you can and then clean up with either graffiti remover or acetone. A complete freelander(not front window) took me under 2hrs to remove all tints using these. hope that helps
  16. Next stage was to get the original stripped down cluster cowl fixed onto the underside and cut out the gauge holes. Then i trimmed it up with some leatherette(gonna be professionally done one day) and i am happy to have it all fitted now looking like this This took some doing for me as i had never attempted anything like it before so im happy it hasn't turned out too badly.
  17. So now its time to get the sticky stuff out and do lots of fibreglassing. unfortunatley the original smashed to peices getting it out but after some persuasion it came out. Then cleaned it up lots of mold release agent rubbed on to help the next stage and then some more fibreglassing Next stage was to make sure that this time it didn't break seperating the two. that bit wasn't easy. After some shaping and cleaning i was left with this.
  18. Earlier on this year i decided i would attempt to do a new style dash cluster gauge holder. So i got went shopping for materials and got started. firstly i needed something to form a shape so i started cutting out some cardboard and covered it in lots of tape. then i had to make it into a solidish shape, so i glued together some florist foam and shaped it out and plenty of filler. then lots of sanding After this i stripped down a original cluster cowl and started on making two become one. lots of filler and many hours sanding and shaping later i had something that looked like this I then got it all painted up and ready to make a mold of it.
  19. think it would look much better if you can make the sharp edges look more curved. hopefully wont look as sharp once in colour.
  20. drivers side got to get the arm rest sorted yet as its still in the fabrication stage. but overall its looking tidier than it was.
  21. decided these needed doing again so had a day recovering them again. not brilliant but much tidier. much nicer looking material than before and will do till i can get the interior all done professionally
