Has anyone cut there rear arches to give more wheel/tyre clearance?. Ive got a set of flared/wide arches that i bought off baz and am gonna attempt to fit them at the weekend. My query is tho, just how much can be cut out? And how many panel layers is there to weld back up together again? My arches are already rolled But my wheels catch on the top and rear(on bumper) when going over bumps. So ive done a trial fitting off a arch Which i will be blending into the bodywork. Anyone else done this kind of mod?

The only problem with coilovers is the fact that you always lose the comfort from that of a stock suspension. If some stock z33 or others could be made to fit then the comfort level would be retained with better handling.

Could the z33 suspension be adapted to fit the z32?.

I know the list is most probably just one persons opinion, but still good to see the zx near the front of the list. And remember all cars in the list were of completely standard and road legal for public use, not off road modified race cars.

A lot of credit to who ever it is if all them connections are correct. But a huge fail in the way its been achieved.......2 words for them SOLDERING IRON.

I always buy my paint from a proper auto paint shop, NEVER halfords or any of the other nasty auto stores. Give the paint shop the code AG2 and ask for 2k paint and its always been a match. Just a shame my painting skills are crap, because the paint i use is spot on.

I think you should cut your loses and save a fortune by swapping it for my Scenic, lol.

Just had a quote today from sky insurance. All mods declared, agreed 6k valuation, 7yrs ncb. £550 fully comp. Obviously ive turned it down as im paying less already :-).

What a day ive had today. Woke up this morning to find my garage door had been bust open. Someone must of had some big plans for the zx as they werent going for my tools as they are all(except for my crowbar) still there. Nothing has been touched at all. Lucky for me that ive started putting both cars in the garage so i dont have to defrost it early mornings and the upshot of that is that it means parking up withing 2inches of the z so no-one can get into it. So today ive gone out and got a brand new full alarm system and got it all fitted. New sensors, motion detectors, microphone, night vision camera with 2way communication and recording equipment, twin alarm sirens. Lock is repaired and all new dead locks being fitted this week. Try to take my Z........ i dont think so.

Mine came with the car. Myself i wouldnt bother buying a private plate but seeing as it was already on, it may aswell stay on.

My bad, i read it as the water temp thermostat that on the water pipe. Not the actual thermostat in it.

Try parking your car the other way round.... rear is much higher than front so no excuses as for not seeing it.

Replace the thermostat with your old one and try again. If the thermostat is dud the car will turn over but WONT start. Wet plugs would still happen as it will still put fuel in.

N/A are 45mm offset. TT are 45mm(front) 35mm(rear)
