Reskining full door card
Its not an easy task. The top edga near the door pillow is very awkward to flex and stretch around.

If hes gonna get a evo before Xmas, wouldn't he be better to buy a banger and put the extra 2.5k towards the evo and get it a month sooner.

turbo rebuild
I've got a turbo that needs rebuilding with a 360° bearing set. Its been stripped down and professionally cleaned and balanced. And I've got a garret 360° rebuild kit for a second turbo to be done too. Is there anyone on here that can rebuild them properly?.

modified zx insurance
Dave tried himself for me 8wks ago, and couldn't help me. Don't know why tho as they seem to do good deals or people. You would think that 8yrs ncb, and a clean licence and not a young boy racer I could get a reasonable quote.

modified zx insurance
Will give the ones mentioned a call tomorrow. Fjames can't cover me for some reason, so that's one out.

modified zx insurance
I sold my other car last year tho as i dont want 2 cars anymore. So am looking at wheres best to move my insurance too with keeping it as my only vehicle.

modified zx insurance
Is that as a only car tho? As your daily driver?
-
modified zx insurance
After receiving my new quotation from adrian flux and almost dying of heart failure. I would like to know who REALLY is the best company to go with for our zeds when IT YOUR ONLY CAR. I know most will have there's on a classic 2nd car policy but I would like to hear from those that have it as there daily driver with all mods declared. What price are you paying with what mods? Mine is a 1990 uk manual tt 8yrs ncb, aged 34 mods declared are Fmic larger radiator short shifter Excedy clutch lightened pulley wheel full stainless exhaust Hks hypermax coilovers uprated brake disks 19"axis wheels Bomex side skirts Stillen headlight panel Aftermarket front bumper rear high level spoiler. My price comes out at £1080.50yr 5000mile a yr, fully comp. That's double what it was before!!. I thinks its just gone crazy.

temperamental water temperature
My stock gauge stays below half way, but my pod gauge is the one showing various temps. I'm assuming its cos there's a lack of moving water in the top hose. Could this indicate a sticky thermostat?
-
temperamental water temperature
Ye, had it running and upto temp, and gave it a few revs while checking it.
-
temperamental water temperature
Checked hose and that seems fine. I don't have a expansion tank on so no leaks from there, lol. Gonna have to check the thermostat tomorrow and see if that's working all ok. Hopefully we will get to the bottom of this problem.
