  1. I'd rather blow £2k on something that has a purpose. An out-of-date tax disk has all the value of a dog turd. The 'disabled' tax disks were issued free anyway! It's like trying to sell an old Tesco carrier bag.
  2. Nice figures! This is pretty much what I'll be doing! Z1 SMICs, new engine harness and Noel to map it!
  3. This was the first thing that popped into my head Lee..... True story.
  4. Looks like something that should be adorning the kitchen of Don Giovanni's Italian Restaurant!
  5. Welcome! You're not too far away from me (although currently in the USA), my house is in Portishead, happy to come over and give it the eye over and a potted history of the Z32. I know quite a bit about them.
  6. Bwahahaha haaaha!!!!

Halfords stuff is pretty good quality. I'd not hesitate in recommending their tools. Someone told me once....in fact a few people have told me (it might be BS) that they're actually made by Snap-On.
  8. Bwhahaah that's hilarious! I hate those things - why you need a piece of metal and 6 allen bolts to hold a tiny bit of paper to a windscreen, I'll never know! This will put Richbrook and Foliatec out of business! (you can but hope!)
  9. Took both mine out this morning! I hate stickers and things in windscreens, so it was a pleasure to remove them! :)
  10. If you're looking for the best location, I believe putting it on ebay would be the best thing you could hope for. :wack:
  11. Maybe you have some poo stuck somewhere.
  12. Saw loads of these at Cars & Coffee in Orange County earlier in the year; there must have been 5 or 6 of them. They do sound really nice, I think McLaren could have tried a little harder in the styling department however. They're very nice, but I didn't go 'ooooh wow' like I do when I see the current breed of Lamborghinis. I just went 'that's nice'. There's a McLaren dealership in Laguna Beach or Huntingdon Beah, so you always tend to see them on the road there. Agreed with Gary on the wheel colour. So nondescript.
  13. Who thought of this when they saw the thread title?
  14. This stuff - however, I'd sooner use black bonding than what appears to be Playdough.
  15. Here's an engine-bay shot....
  16. The car does have an impressive spec list. It was owned by Shawn Holleman who used to work at Z1. All that work though....and still less power than a stock TTZ. :p
  17. How long is a piece of string! If you want a proper detail then it could cost hundreds and hundreds and hundreds! Do you want a basic machine polish? Do you want colour sanding? Do you want other forms of paint correction? Do you want sealants or waxes applied after? This list is endless.

  19. Pretty much any Z32 has been painted or had parts painted.

  21. Same! I don't even have a drop-down. I just convert one of the bulbs in the centre panel with a quick 2 second loom swap. :)
