  1. They're 10,000ft up in a holding pattern somewhere over London! lol
  2. Jimmer has. I was there when he fitted them to a customer vehicle along with an Ashspec planer kit. I can't remember what he did though, but the intercooler that sits infront of the washer bottle does fit with the washerbottle in situ. I know of others fitting a washer bottle bag....something like this. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CLASSIC-CAR-UNIVERSAL-WINDSCREEN-WASHER-BOTTLE-BAG-KIT-WITH-12-VOLT-WASHER-PUMP-/161387739173?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item2593757825 PM Jimmer though.
  3. Oh of course! Plus it has Dumbo doors and based on the HICAS modulator, it would have had them on the doors. If he still had them on the doors, he probably would never need to undo them! lol
  4. Hideous...in every way! Seen it before as that 'glue on' rear end is quite distinctive! I'm confused about the seat belt arrangement in the back.....
  5. The front of your car reminds me of Count Rochefort from Dogtanian and the Muskehounds.
  6. LOL. I already have someone with first-refusal on them Trev! Will let you know what happens with them!
  7. They look very similar to the UR ones. :)
  8. Be done with and get some UK clocks. Much easier and better! :) PS....time to cut your nails! :p

Any of it for sale? Would love to have a delve! :)
  10. They're coming into Heathrow actually and are currently somewhere over Russian airspace! Flight is due to land about 4pm. Customs clearance and freight-collect costs will be paid later today and I should have these by Monday. :)
  11. Nope. Mine is a 91. The bracket is there already and the unit slots right in. You'll need 4 screws like the ones that hold the indicator stalk into its bracket. Then of course there's the wiring as it's not plug and play.
  12. They've very inexpensive. It was only about $20 with tax, shipping was extra.
  13. Almost! My car came with a Momo Race wheel on it when I bought it....but it had cruise control. I fitted another more 'fitting' steering wheel and wanted to re-instate the wheel. I had the CC buttons plugged in, so knew it all worked, just couldn't find a decent location for them anywhere. I'd been bugging the guys at Z1 to send me a cruise control stalk from a late spec version that would have come with airbags from a JDM RHD front clip that they may have, but they never had any spare until out of the blue Jon called me and said he'd now got brand new ones in stock - WHERE DO I SEND MONIES.....and this arrived! :) Tried it for 'fit'. The carefully modified the steering column shroud (as later ones don't fit) and I have a factory look. :) Here it is with my old steering wheel.
  14. That's actually a shadow on it, it's pretty clean, but has some marks on it and a small crack. It will be replaced with a new one. :)
  15. It's the small things! Been meaning to get this for ages!!
  16. 13J won't fit for starters on a stock body as there's not enough internal wheel well clearance. I think the max width you can go for would be around 10.5" with an offset of around 45? You may even need to roll the arch lip a little with that. Go too far the other way and the inside of the wheel will touch the suspension. Same goes for the front. Without taking the arch liners off, you could probably get a +34 in on a 9" wheel.
  17. Pretty sure that's it, however I can't remember exactly what is removed when doing a quick shift conversion. There are a few bushes that you'll need too. Have a look on http://www.nissan4u.com and see what parts you're missing based on what you already have. Give those part numbers to MJP to see what he can get.
  18. The stock shifter has a slightly longer throw, but it's still a relatively short throw. Unless you're using your car competitively, they're about as much use as a chocolate teapot. New bushes and a stock gearknob make it all feel smooth and nicely weighted.
  19. Tom, ditch that shifter ASAP. It makes the gearbox feel pretty lousy. I've driven enough Z32s with quick shift and they ruin the feel of the gearbox. See how you get on with that. Unless your box is grinding into gear or wining, it's probably ok. I'd replace that shifter and rejoice in nice smooth gear change.
  20. £335? I find that hard to believe. Is that a figure that CZP gave you? It's costing me twice as much to send 4 wheels from Japan! CZP are not on the east coast of the US either! lol Try Z1 for shipping costs as it will be cheaper being on the east cast.
  21. Box is about £1100, shipping would be about £500-£600 maybe? Then you'd pay duty which would be another £200, so all in you'd be looking at around £1800 - £2k at a rough guess.
  22. It's pretty involving I think if you're wanting to do it yourself. Jimmer used to build truck and lorry engines, he might have an idea on how involving it is.
  23. Yup. It will feel like a tight new box, but it will last longer. You wouldn't feel much difference (if any) between a freshly built old box (if done correctly) and a 98+ box. The ratios are the same (the gear sets are identical I believe). The other way to make a Z32 gearbox feel new and slick is to fit replacement OEM bushes in the selector. If you have a quick shift, ditch it! HORRIBLE things.
