My Brembos are from an R34 GTR. They're bolt-on ie you don't need any brackets or any modifications for them to fit.

Trying to think what mine all cost. I got an utter bargain in the first place and got all 4 callipers, discs and everything for £380. I stripped the callipers, powder-coating was £100, the other bits and bobs added another £50 and I decided to get brand new discs and Brembo Sport pads which ran me £350....so I guess mine came in around €1000 which I think is reasonable for a complete big brake upgrade. I personally think you still have a good deal if you were to go that route.

....and again, what evidence is there to suggest that it's running lean? :)

I agree. Sounds like the mechanic is talking a bit of jibberish!

The standard map is fine and the ECU can compensate for things like exhausts and filters. You can get it remapped and Noel (turbonoz) on here is the man for the job, but the lean running you're experiencing is not likely the stock mapping...unless that chip you have in there is any sort of aftermarket chip and you're running higher-than-normal boost.

Welcome and get some photos up! The exhaust and airfilter won't really affect your car's fuelling. How do you know it's running lean? Is it pinking?

Drivers' side wheel arch liner (rear section)
Minor wear and marks acceptable. Overspray, cracks, bits missing not acceptable. Show me what you have got! :) Also after the lip trim.

HIDs - the downside!
UK is H3. From memory, HID kits can cater with or without separate earth lead.
-
HIDs - the downside!
As above. The H3C sits in the globe differently. The fitting is designed for H3C focus, so you're going to get more beam-scatter with H3 if you're running that on a JDM headlamp.

Nothing here. Pretty much wall-to-wall sunshine.

Veilside Wheels **Refurb Update**
Much prefer the inverted centre caps. I love Veilside Andrews wheels, but never liked the centre cap with that ugly little bolt on it that looks like a drive-shaft bolt. Much nicer your way. I say go for black bolts. Gold bolts = cheesy.

Doesn't look like they have bleed nipples either. I'd recommend getting stainless steel bleed nipples. There are 2 per calliper - a set will run you £25. You also need dust caps. Genuine ones are about £15 - £20 for all 8. If you're going this far, get stainless steel lines too. HEL ones are pretty good. They're about £80. Might as well replace the retainer clips also.

Here! :) You'll need the pistons in those. They're about £35 a pop, so you'll need 12 in total which will be about £420. The seal kit from BiggRed is about £75 from memory.

Mud Flaps
I dunno. I got mine from Z1 and it came with everything I needed. I only fitted the fronts though, but the rears came with everything.

Good car wax
I rarely wet-wash my Z. It has about 5 or 6 layers of Zymol wax on it, generally only gets brake dust and road dust on it and some flies. I will wipe down after I've taken it out with Meguires Quick Detailer and a microfiber cloth. The bugs just wipe off. Takes me about 10 minutes. Means I can give it a wipe down in the garage, it stays dry...easy. Wheels do get a wet wash though. I tried some clay on it for a laugh a few months ago. I even did the lower half of one side. There was NOTHING on the clay! :D

They're ALL the same. They come as a kit from Nissan.
