Why bother with UK clocks?
I am a fan of the rings, but considering removing them when I revert back to a stock wheel.

Fantastic transformation! Bodykit removal proves how awful those bits all looked.- thoughts on avante garde wheels?
Quite a nice style, but the colour is dreary.- Ionic dynamics, anyone heard of them?
I know the owner José personally. My rear spoiler is made by them and the quality is first-rate. In fact my car is used on that website demonstrating the spoiler.- What did you do to your zed today?
Wings West don't do a front splitter. They do an awful complete bumper though that doesn't match the rest of the car..- Tidy looking manual na for sale on ebay....
Central20 spoiler too!- Jae 2016
This is why it was pulled this year. The one day events are gaining in popularity I think. NEC aside, they've always been my own preference. The issues are that there are a large number of people who have absolutely no interest in JAE (myself included) and the pricing have put the remainder off. Keep at it though, it might be worth getting a joint-club plot with zclub or the 350 guys as you'll be less limited.- What did you do to your zed today?
Finally managed to get the last few bits of my series 2 retro-fit interior. The deal with what I wanted was that I wanted a series 2 interior, but wanted to retain the belts in the original S1 configuration, ie, door belts and rear lap belts. Those who have fitted an S2 interior will be well aware of this. I've already modified the door cards (with the help of AndrewG) to accept the door-mounted seat belts. The issue with doing the rear however and retaining the lap belts is that you're left with cutouts on the rear quarters for the B-pillar mount belt reels to go through. I didn't want that, I wanted it to be a complete retro-fit. Now, JDM and Euro cars with the S2+ interiors all had this cutout and all had belts in a different location. Between 91 and 93 in the US, 2+2 models with the velour interior still had the belts mounted on the doors meaning the lower velour section didn't have cutouts in them. The top section is like a regular S2 as they did away with the lap belts, however, you can split the sections. They've proved to be really hard to get hold of in good shape. I've managed to source, from 2 different ends of the US, one in upstate NY and the other in California, some rear quarter panels from said 2+2 type configuration. It's slightly anal in detail, but it doesn't feel complete at the moment. They're in very good condition, they just need a good clean.- What did you do to your zed today?
That 'green' pinstripe would have started off as a graphite pin stripe, they fade over time and turn a dark metallic green.- Power Steering Rack leak
It will be the rack end seals that have gone. Get a second hand rack and have that reconditioned and then swap them over. Never really encountered a Z32 with a worn rack, it's usually just the seals that pass oil.- Japanese Car and Bike Show - Museum of Power - Sunday 12th June.
Form filled in.- Anyone fancy this event?
Arm twisted! We can go and see Davide on the Saturday too!- Anyone fancy this event?
Slightly tempted with this if the weather's good. Good excuse to go an' annoy JP's family and eat all his food.- Steam clean an chassis wash
I wouldn't steam clean the chassis either Pressure washing the chassis is fine, but steam cleaning could remove the seam sealer and any underbody coating.- Cars on Campus - Kilmarnock
Nice photos - I see summer hasn't reached Scotland yet! Everyone's wearing coats still! lol Trabants have to be the worst cars built by man. These are terrible on a truly epic proportion; my mother's side of the family are Hungarian and my Uncle Yani had one during the communist era that he kept locked up in his garage. He still has it I think at his home in Nyiregyhaza which isn't too far from the Ukrainian border. He was the fortunate one being a (then considered) high ranking civil servant. They're made of a nasty papiermache / plastic composite powered by the nastiest 2-stroke engine. They have historical importance, but as a vehicle, it makes for a real epic tranche du merde!- Who remember`s this crash..
I remember that, I remember the donor car too, it was a UK spec wasn't it? Pretty sure that was the one that I raped and pillaged some bits from.- Less than a month after buying my zed and I go and do this…
Where abouts are you based mate? Are you anywhere near Glastonbury?- What did you do to your zed today?
Heat gun, yeah. Borrow your Mum's hair drier if you don't have access. I'd take the centre panel out first as you wouldn't want to distort it.- Less than a month after buying my zed and I go and do this…
Shame I gave away my headlights! I'd have been happy to send you one gratis. Speak to Baz, with a bit of luck, he might have silver body panels saving you money on paint at least.- What did you do to your zed today?
What type of sticker is it? Can you not just gently pick at the letters to pull them off?- What did you do to your zed today?
Thought about removing that cheesy sticker below the rear lights? Makes the rear look a little untidy IMO.- Cars & Coffee Liverpool
Tom, your car's looking gorgeous!!- Recirc valve pipework
Looking for all 4 hoses (2 per) for the stock recirc valves. If anyone has any that are in good condition, I'd really like them. I modified mine to fit aftermarket recircs and I'm going back to stock with BDE GHKs.- What did you do to your zed today?
Good, keep 'em! I'd rather have my turbos removed than fit BOVs! :p - History of my zed
