Well, I must say that I did too email the seller when this went live, so it is funny you should post this thread. Here is my email which was just a quick hint to him if he was lookign for a sale... " Hello, Just wondering why your Zed is priced at nearly 3 x times market value?.. Kind regards, William. " I got a reply, which was perfectly pleasant saying he doesn't mind if it doesn't sell, and maybe it is not for me if I am lookign for a bargain. People will price things with their heart I guess rather than actual market value. I just let him know of the current market and was as polite as I could be :)

Try unplugging your MAF and see if it stops hunting... Could be an air leak. Same happened to me for a while when the recirc valve had a hole in it! I could also hear a hissing noise from the bay!

Hi Everyone, Keeping my eyes out for a tuned zed now. Would be interested in anything that has been looked after (no silly body kits) and has been tuned. Has to be Manual and TT. Reasonable money waiting, I know what they are worth and happy to wait for the right one. Otherwise I will be buying my blue one back and tuning that myself once I have the time :) Best, William.

Hello all! So over the winter I have noticed a slight crunch or notchyness (it is a word) going to 1st to second regardless of the rpm. It goes away a bit after an hour of driving once the old is warm presumably. Question is what could it be? - It is rare for the 2nd gear synchro to go. If I change down from 3rd to nd it is smooth. So if all in one movement I go from 1st, move into 3rd with clutch depressed, then put it into 2nd it is smooth as silk. I will put some MT90 in and see if that helps. haha yes that sounds about right alan! :p If you want to look then fine (cant say I don't check peoples reaction in the mirrors, that's what they are for anyway right?), but I drive the Zed for the enjoyment of driving a beautiful machine, but also if you do try it then you will probably loose. sdriver73: I am based in Lymington at the moment but moving to Southampton soon probably due to work. Do love the forest in the sun but it is a pain in the ass with all this rain and the road closures left right and center! Nice V8 BTW, must sound amazing!!

Knew I would get caught out for saying that! To be fair the only pony I saw was being ridden (rode?.. rowed?.... sat on...).. by some woman and I think it was in fact a full blown horse. But you know, 4 legs, long face, likes sugar cubes. All the same :p

Thanks! yeah it was too cold to have the windows down for most of it, but okay with the targas off which was awesome. Has been months since I last did that! haha mainly the horses Steve. Hey everyone, It was actually warm today, couldn't believe it. the Zed came out for a play for a few hours, and although I should have washed her I was enjoying driving around too much. Here are some snaps from the day... Anyone else managed to get out and take any photos etc? Also, really enjoying the new Volks F-Zero wheels, although they need a refurbish I think they set off the car really well with the less-is-more look. Best, W
