Cheapo PSU power ratings are like cheapo stereos - the quoted watage is not true RMS watage and only for like 15 seconds. Ive been through lots of cheapo 500W PSU's and then i got an Antec one and since i aint had a problem. At least a good PSU is more future proof than things like CPU's or gfx cards.

There is quite a lot you can do for servicing yourself. The general problem is that the engine bay has turbo gubbings in so its a squeze. Get subscribed to the club and you will benefit from good advice that is priceless. Before my zed i never had a car i wanted to spend the time on maintaining, well i had this Alfa Romeo 164 once but needed an exorcist. Last week i invested in a good socket and spanner set from Halfords as part of building up a good set of tools.

I discovered last week that the alignment or whatever on my zed was so bad the front tyres are really worn out on the inside edge. Rear tyres have uneven wear but will be ok for several months. So i was thinking once i get the tracking, alignment sorted for all wheels i will first fit a pair of Goodyear Eagles on the front. And a month after that fit another pair of Eagles to replace the existing Bridgestone X-grid tyres. Is it bad to change to new tyres half at a time?

Hmm cant find anywhere on net that sells red vinyl or leather by the roll. Anyone know of any websites i can get this from?

I think i will replace my tweed interior trim with a dark red covering :)
