  1. this is the solenoid i unplugged that was making it run like crap, with it unplugged it runs fine probably a vac leak somewhere but will be removing egr and avi system at some point soon thanks :D

  3. well guys got another problem, when my 300 is idling it's fine but as soon as the throttle is opened about 1mm it runs like a sack of..... every time there is a click from a solenoid buy the master cylinder, i unplugged that solenoid and the problem is now gone I'm assuming its for the aiv or maybe the egr, both of them i plan on removing when i install my new turbos, just want to make sure unplugging the solenoid wont affect anything. thanks in advance guys :D

  6. not to sure if this helps but my personal fav is the Xforce varex from Australia, they are expensive and hard to get but i just dont think they can be beat when it comes to sound.
  7. hmm that could be something to do with it, has the car got any after market lights that might pull more power. if not it could have just been a loose connection that got hot or something is pulling high current. can just recommend giving connector good clean or source a new one see if it cures it.

Hello guys found myself in a spot of bother, when i brought my zed it only had one key (not an original) so i went online and got myself two new blank keys and went to the local hardware store to get then cut, at this point the guy told me that the keys didn't mach and couldn't be cut. i went of home thinking i had brought the wrong key but from looking at photos online it looks like i have a copy of the valet key. dose anyone know if a valet key can be cut to normal key? thanks in advance :D

  13. i just had this fault tuned out to be a knackered plug on an injector

  16. ah ok then well i gassed it on Thursday and sat it on the drive for 15 mins with ac on max and fan didn't come on. so to be safe ill give the system the once over thanks man :D
  17. just a quickie, anyone know if the electric fan comes on when the ac is on? im sure its supposed to just want to make sure my car has a fault before i go looking for one xD (could be the reason i had to replace the ac compressor??? Thanks guys :D
  18. ello guys well thought you guys might like to know its now fixed turned out and injector plug had worked loose and was full of corrosion xD all fixed now thanks :D
  19. ah ok thanks and its an auto, going to spend tomorrow on it going to see if i can see anything and clean and gap the plugs too
  20. ah awesome thanks i will do that!! just did as you said with the tps and the timing is down to 15btdc but still running just as bad seems to be hesitating on and extreme scale lol thanks again :) ill have to get myself a timing light, alway good to have an excuse to buy more tools :D
  21. ah what is the fly lead? im guessing one of the two plugs on the tps? and is conzult unreliable for the need of a timing light? thanks man :D
  22. hello guys, need help again lol the other week i got conzult on my laptop and found that my tps was double the voltage it should be. i have now adjusted it and it's running like a bag of nails. the tps is now 0.4v at idle, but i noted my ignition timing as about 32btdc?!?!?!? yeah i know something is wrong but im buggered if im going to adjust my cas sensor without asking if there is possibly something else causing this to happen eg something to do with adjusting the tps?!? thanks guys any help would be greatly appreciated

  24. hey guys, for some time iv been needing a new compressor for my air con and i finally got a second hand one of eBay. My question is how hard should it be to turn by hand? because when i got mine it i had to use a socket to turn it. iv repaired and gassed ac systems loads of times before but never on a zed and I'm positive i should be able to turn it using one finger. iv since filled it with pag oil and loosened it up but still not 100% about fitting it and contaminating the rest of my system if it eats itself. any suggestions would be appreciated thanks :D
  25. haha burst pipe is the reason i got my 300 so cheap, pipe going to the passenger side turbo was full of holes and took me around 4 hours to change. Blasted zed curse!!!!!
