  1. Body work appears pretty much untouched. I have a couple of small cracks in the front bumper but it has held up really well, it wont need anything doing to it. Me too! I hope this doesn't come across the wrong way but I'm glad it was not as bad as your crash. Time to make a call to the insurance company to discuss my options.
  2. I lost the back end last night, the Zed is not in a good way! I hit curbs on both sides of the car. At the moment I can confirm that at least one of my rims is fvcked beyond repair, another 2 may also be too damaged to continue. The main problem though, is the rear left wheel alignment. I used to have a little negative camber on the rears now I have a LOT of positive camber and even more lateral play in the wheel. It will go up on the ramps later so I can have a look at how bad the damage is and what it's going to cost to fix. I will post pics later. On the positive side: 1. nobody was hurt 2. nobody else was involved 3. I wanted to get rid of the red wheels anyway I just hope it is not written off...
  3. I have the same problem. I believe it is the ball joints although now I'm worried it could be the HICAS unit!
  4. Yeah that maybe true, and I don't know the way :wack: BUT, you car is all weighed down with placstic and ICE. You don't have a chance lol

Despite living in Hertfordshire I spend a bit of time in Aberporth for holidays etc. I am proud to be Welsh, especially when we're beating England at rugby!
  6. That's good news Fas, I am waiting for Mark to confirm a time when I can take mine down there. It's good to hear positive reviews.
  7. From that spec it looks like it should be very quick. but from the photos it looks like it could be a rat car! LOL
  8. LOL at swear filter
  9. You'll have to join us sometime for a beer, keep an eye on the SE section...

I think that is called a "bongover" LOL
  11. Sorry to hear this mate. If you need a shoulder to cry on or someone to have a pint with you know where to find me.
  12. Now I'm even more confused!
  13. sweet. thanks legrath. Mark, the bar that you have for sale, do I still need to replace the ball joints?
  14. Hopefully the hub end joints? will be sorted at the same time but I think all the play is in the ball joints.   That price sounds OK but I am concerned about the clearance with exhausts. Does this ever cause a problem? Can you tell from this photo if there will be any issues? Thanks again, Mike...
  15. Hello everybody, (Hi Dr Nick!) I am going to have my rear HICAs ball joints replaced because I've got a bit of play in the rear wheels. :nono: I would quite like to get the HICAS eliminated at the same time. Can anyone recommend a supplier/manufacturer? Is there much difference between costs and performance of different makes? Thanks, Mike...
  16. It looks legit, but it is not applicable to the buy 2 get 1 free offers, which is applicable to all Threshers wines. So you are not saving that much more. It's a bit cheeky really...
  17. I think that price could be OK from a garage, is he throwing in a warranty at all? I would be tempted to go in there with £500 less than he wants in cash and say take it or leave it!!!
  18. I do have a heavy right foot  This is my second Zed as well, I love them...
  19. Hmmmm. You should be a little better in an N/A but every car can break down! I drive mine all year round, but you have to be carefull on the corners in the cold and wet as I found out again the other day!
  20. Regardless of how clean that car is underneath the badges I would not recommend anyone buys a car from someone who put this sentence together: "TO ANSWER YOUR SILLY QUESTION I'M IN THE MOTOR TRADE AND IF YOU NEW ALL YOUR FERRARI'S YOU SHOULD NO WITCH ONE IT LOOKED LIKE AS OTHER POEPLE IN THE MOTOR TRADE AT FIRST SITE COULD TELL WITCH FERRARI IT WAS." I especially like his spelling of KNOW and WHICH. What a dumbass!
  21. I reckon it's going to be a really cold winter with a lot of snow. but I could be wrong, LOL.
  22. Nick, Would love to come but I am stranded in Fulham that day. Have a drink for me :duffer:
  23. That's what I was thinking. I am definitely boosting to around 14psi, my Greddy profec B spec 2 is telling me that. I have uprate induction kit (ARC i think), and a full SS exhaust. I do not have any cats, but when the RR guys went to stick the air fuel meter in the exhaust it was stopped by something in the back boxes. Either there is some baffling in there, which would suffocate the system, or it is a bit of mesh to stop people stuffing bananas up there! I haven't had a chance to look yet. That is the first place to look!
