  1. I'll try and find out if they have any writing on them. I've got a feeling they might be the 420cc injectors. We'll have to wait and see...
  2. I've been told the injectors are kind of bluey/grey. I have found the attached picture showing Nismo injectors and this thread about ones that MarkZX found in his engine. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=80039&referrerid=5662 Can anyone shed any light on their size? I'm more confused now! Thanks...
  3. They look pretty! Sorry mate I don't know much about the actual specs you need. Free bump...
  4. Well it is not a stock map, it is a mildly aggressive map and certainly leaner that the stock map. I don't think they are 555s because they are not the right colour. Should have more info soon.
  5. Yep, you could have asked to see some ID. she could have been a very young looking 19 year old! :slap:
  6. It turns out I have not got stock injectors. I am currently waiting to find out what size they are. I am also waiting to hear whether the turbos have been changed/uprated  This I presume is why on your basic (JD) chip my engine has been running soooo rich. When I find out what I've got I think I will need a more specific fuel map. What do you think? Cheers...
  7. This is an absolute shed. WHY would anyone bother making such a mess of this turbo installation?
  8. That is a lot, but I still think it would be worth it. That is a properly sorted Zed... Where is that drool emoticon?
  9. They do look good, but shouldn't the needles be lit up too?
  10. What do you call a man with a car on his head? Jack What do you call a man with a citroen on his head? Jacques
  11. Tell him it's 375 rwhp at the most and if he argues tell him mgh297 off the internet said so. That should shut him up. LOL.
  12. just subscribed! you've been on here since 2003! I'm only winding you up mate, welcome...
  13. Oh that makes more sense. The way the insurance company see it you will be driving the focus less, so you are less likely to crash it than before. I know what it is like to pay silly money for zed insurance. I'm into 4 figures and I'm 27... :wack:
  14. That seems odd, the NCB normally relates to the person not the car. So you should take the NCB with you when you change cars. It's also odd because you are going from a Focus it should be more expensive...
  15. Lookin sweet mate. where is that drool emoticon?
  16. Doh, missed it, happy birthday mate. Another year hey!
  17. Don't know/care if this is a repost. But this prototype Evo X looks like a lot of fun. And definitely not as ugly as the latest Scoobies... Check it out
  18. I think there is a bar there called the banana bar, it's just down from Dicks tea bar. I remember having a few good nights out in Val D'isere. I know you will enjoy skiing and you will have to go every year from now on!
  19. Check this out, this guy knows how to ride. He is a bit of a legend apparently... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hNcW46nhm6o
  20. "Plus it's a shorty!" he says trying to start an argument :wack:
  21. Yep, double figures in fuel consumption doesn't happen very often for me. I have too mcuh fun for that! Also - I was speaking to Eileen on Sunday, her Zed is on stock turbos and has done over 120k miles! My N/A was such a dog I ended up spending a small fortune just keeping it on the road. You just never know. Buying a Zed is a gamble however much you think you know about cars.
