I bet you've had such a huge smile on your face since you got it back on the road again! Mine's gotta go back to the paint shop again soon, might book it in once the snow comes, that way I won't miss it so much.

I bet your well happy mate. I can't explain how much I missed my zed while it was at the body shop during the summer, that was only 5 weeks! God knows how you feel now after 5 years!

I just did a quick search for you mate and its something to do with the alarm system. try disconnecting the battery for 15/20 mins and it should disappear.

I think from the look of the interior pic that its going to be an n/a as I couldn't see the boost gauge at all.

Looks like we both changed our reverse light panels today mate :) Think that it looks the nuts, the quality of your work has no equal mate!

Started fitting my new reverse light panel and smd brake bulbs today, along with a few other jobs. Got the panel fitted and wired up (looks amazing), fitted the smd bulbs and...... They are no good for the brake bulbs!!! They light up nicely but do nothing once the brake pedal in pressed.

Don't know if I definitely will yet, looked into it and they want £200 deposit before I can even make a bid!? If I do though..... Its a lwb and yours is a swb, exhaust won't fit, will it?

Most people take the time to slag things off but not to praise them, In my opinion, if you believe everything you read, especially things written by people who start with... "My mate said" then your a bell end!

That's one of the reasons I was going to buy that car, as I wanted the front bumper for my zed.

I had a bit of a price hike on mine this year too for some reason. Eventually got it for £350 all mods declared, wheels, skirts, exhaust, filter, chipped, brakes etc. Did however get all the extras included breakdown, legal cover and £4000 agreed value :) Give them a try mate.... Classicline.

I took my zed to have all the brakes and front suspension done a couple of weeks back and was warned that I was missing my battery strap. It turns out that its now part of an mot test to check that the battery is secured, still haven't got round to fitting my strap yet, probably guna be one of those jobs you do the weekend before the mots due :)

Welcome to the club mate. Glad I could help with the tank :) I'm sure if markderby reads this, he'll have a battery strap for you.

What you want to do if easily possible mate, the camera can go anywhere you put it as long as the wire is long enough. Try fitting the camera in the glove box lock and then invite fit birds with short skirts to go for a ride, then post up the vids :lol:

I will give them a try and take pics but at the moment the weather is a bit shit and I don't actually have a garage (that's right everyone! I drive my zed in all weathers and leave it out on the driveway every night, Exactly as cars are meant to be treated :lol: )

The bulbs turned up today, hopefully I'll Get a chance to try them out soon.

This same thing happened to my old saph, they took it rallying around a country park, bouncing it off a few trees and gates, then stealing all the audio and wheels before torching it. Strangely enough, the scum bag across the road from me opened his boot the other day to show off his sounds to his mates, and it all looked exactly like what used to be in my saph, even the flip out head unit!
