Never had a ptu issue, although I did buy a s2 one with wiring just incase but have never fitted it.

To be completely honest, and as mentioned already I don't really know my ar5e from my elbow as far as the zed is concerned. If it is the hicas arm bushes, where can I get some new ones from?

Had to take the zed out for a trip today, only to get a bloody nail in my tyre! Took it to the only place open.... Kwikfit! The one place I didn't ever want to go to. Turns out they were actually quite helpful (slightly anyway). Luckily they had only 1 tyre in stock the right size so took that even though I can hardly spare the cash at the moment. Thought that while I was there, I'd ask them to take a quick look over the car while it was up in the air. Only reason being because it was feeling a bit loose at the back end earlier. Turns out that the drivers side rear wheel has a bit of movement, that's as much help as I got though. In his actual words " don't know what's causing it". So although today has cost me more than I can afford, its also alerted me to a potentially unstable rear wheel. What are the possible causes? I know its a stupid question but let's just say I'm not the brightest of people as far as the zed is concerned. By the way, it still has the hicas fitted.

I've got to agree, there is something about that orange on a zed that just doesn't sit right. It looks fantastic as it is in red or possibly would look equally great in an ice white.

I think that looks really good as well.

My zed kicked out on me earlier too, luckily I managed to catch it before the kerb caught the wheel. Roads are definitely getting more treacherous for our are happy zeds!

Paint can hide a number of sins! I didn't think my sills were too bad until I had them done! There was more filler than metal hidden under the paintwork!!

Ouch! Although, doesn't look much worse than the pics jeff put up of his mates zed, and that was repaired.

best thing to do then is do as they asked and send them the photo's of the damage but also include some pre accident photo's to prove that the car was in great condition before this unfortunate incident. hope it all works out for you mate as I have been shafted by my insurance company in the past when my saph was stolen and torched. they then said it had mods which I didn't declare (seats) and so wouldn't pay out.

so does that mean they are going to let you keep it? and also does that mean they are done with their investigations into the condition, therefor going to pay out?

I had water coming through from the drivers visor left fixing, had a new windscreen fitted and it hasn't happened since :)
