  1. I don't think the timing was changed in any way Andy - just a straight swap of the pulley and belts. Would this have any effect on the timing? CheerZ Steve
  2. Possibly but I wasn't really expecting any BHP increase from the chip, just improved fuelling... Could the chip (MINES) have made a difference as well? Steve :)
  3. Results showed an extra 14rwhp with the SGP pulley. Previous run: 291.2 rwhp 308.3 ft/lb With SGP: 304.9 rwhp 313.5 ft/lb http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=38220 Pretty pleased with the results.. CheerZ Steve :)
  4. Yeah! (FFS don't show them your pants!) Good luck! Steve :)
  5. lol - the therapy not working for you then Adam? Did the villagers attack it with pitch forks and spades then burn it? Steve ;)
  6. I think I paid about £200 inc vat for all four corners (std wheels) and was well pleased with the results. This was done at Nisstek (subcontracted out) who I'm sure made a couple of quid out of the deal as well. I think that PaulC uses Lepsons in Medway but this is probably a little way from you. CheerZ Steve :)
  7. Blue one was probably AndrewG (think his is L reg UK spec?) Steve :)
  8. If you buy from someone on the forum you should be able to see if it's had any problems in the past and it has been well looked after. I've had mine for going on 8 years (82,000 on the clock) and a PTU failure is the only major problem I've had. No plans to sell mine either ;) Steve :)

  12. Yep - should be under a 3 year warranty ;) Steve :)

Jay I have moved the relevant threads to the SE section. My car's in the body shop until Monday, so I probably won't make this one :( May jump in with Jock though and grab a lift... CheerZ Steve :)

  18. Same here - been running just over 14psi for over 4 years on standard head gasket. No problems at all... Steve :)
  19. So do you still arm the 606 (lock doors etc..) while the timer is running then and is the immobiliser circuit still active (or is it on a delay)? Just interested as I've got a 606 and have always avoided the timers because of supposed problems with the immobiliser.. Thanks for any info bud! Steve :)
  20. Looks very nice matey! Steve :)
  21. Dave, any details as to what is required for this to work? Do Toad supply an additional module or is it an Apexi issue? CheerZ Steve :)
  22. Small water leak for me and an oil change. Would have cost much more if Jock hadn't been good enough to donate his services. Cheers bud :duffer: Steve :)
  23. There's a run from Boxhill to Brighton this weekend. Full details here CheerZ Steve :)
  24. lol - dropped her off at my local body shop yesterday. Bit of repair work to a couple of small prangs and having my 99 spec front prepped and sprayed at the same time. Hopefully will have her back by next weekend for the Boxhill to Brighton meet :D CheerZ Steve :)
