  1. Link no workee  Steve :)
  2. Very little difference TBH. The 300ZX is red instead of white and the reverse lights have chrome surrounds which match the 99 Spec rears HTH Steve :)
  3. Will do - many thanks! Steve :)
  4. Filter seems tight and no drips are coming from it. Not sure about the turbo oil hoses  I'll try and work out where these are - lol Steve :)
  5. Not really had any clutch problems, although I did have to top up the fluid last weekend (fluid very low and pedal very floppy). I think that Jock mentioned it sounded like the rear seal a while ago, although this was based on my limited discription of the problem.. Is it a big/difficult job to repair this Andy and would there be a replacement seal kit available? CheerZ Steve :)
  6. Andy, I tightened the lower rad clip yesterday but the drip seemed to be coming from somewhere above that.. Saying that, still no drips today so maybe that was it after all? Aircon seems to be working fine as well :) I've just posted up about my oil leak as well :smw: Many thanks for the feedback on this one guys  CheerZ Steve :)
  7. As mentioned in my earlier "mystery leak" thread, I also have an oil leak somewhere.. Got under the car this morning and it seems to be getting worse :( If the car is standing (not running) I probably get about 4 drips per night on the garage floor, but when running (under pressure) it seems to be much more serious (see pics). When standing, the drips are coming off the sump, but I think that this is just because it's the lowest point.. Been checking the oil regularly and topping up as required. Would be good to get this sorted though! As before, many thanks for any tips.. Steve :)
  8. More info here Steve :)
  9. Coolant was pink with added water wetter (red).. No liquid on the floor this morning.. Have just jacked the car up and run for 10 mins and guess what - no sign of leak  Ok there's an oil leak further back, but that's another story.. Steve :)
  10. It looked clear with a slight pink tinge. That's why I assumed it was coolant  Was deffo coming from this pipe with engine off and no fan running to blur the issue.. Any idea bud? Steve :)
  11. Took the zed out of the garage this weekend and was puzzled to see a small pool of what looked like coolant underneath the car.. On further investigation, it sems to be coming from the rubber encased metal pipes to the right of the rad (facing the car) which are usually hidden by the fan shroud. I have circled the pipe (badly  ) in the attached pic - the leak seems to be where the metal band wraps around the pipe.. Am assuming from the online manual that it relates to the aircon system  but not 100% certain.. Any pointers appreciated as always! CheerZ Steve :)
  12. Homies are back! About time too Jimbo ;) Steve :) PS. I reckon Bruce Lee is toast - Fooking TWOC'ER
  13. You should find a decent place to get it tested then bud ;) Steve :)
  14. lol - uncanny! ;)
  15. FFS  At least you got the guy's details bud - could have been worse! Sorry to hear about it tho.. Steve :)
  16. My "control box" was mounted behind the stereo for my last alarm system. Do you have any indicator LEDs on the dash? They're usually not far away.. Steve :)
  17. My post used to arrive at 9:30ish every day. It now gets here between 12 and 4pm. Some first class letters now take 3-4 days to arrive. I work from home and this makes it almost impossible to bank incoming cheques on the day they arrive. In addition, a cheque for nearly 10 grand took nearly 3 weeks to arrive in September, although it was clearly and correctly addressed. Post Office - Bunch of arse :xxx: Rant over.. Steve :( BTW Jock lives 5 mins away from me and gets his post at 7:30am every morning - go figure
  18. Can't make either of these dates I'm afraid Jay. Family commitments on both... :( Steve :)
  19. The V5 should also show it as first registered in the UK the same year as manufacture. Steve :)
  20. Have just set DST Corrections Always Off and that seems to have done the trick! Assume my settings must have been wrong - that'll teach me to fook around with 'em! :smw: Steve :)
  21. Mike, the clock on the forum home page is still showing an hour fast and all posts are being time stamped accordingly... Or is this just me? Steve :) * EDIT * Just checked my Timezone settings in Options and I'm set to Automatically Detect DST Settings.. Assume that this is the default.
  22. Have installed it on over 20 PCs so far and no problems to report! Has actually sorted out a couple of issues  Steve :)
  23. Was the 3 rib belt already on your car or did it come with the pulley? Shouldn't be a problem provided the belt is tensioned and aligned with the PS pulley correctly. Best off getting a new 4 rib belt (about £12ish).. CheerZ Steve :)
  24. Hurrah! Steve :)
  25. Hey! :slap: What's wrong with being tone deaf? ;) Steve :)
