  1. Nice one thanks guys
  2. What a bummer. I'm interested to see how these compression results turn out as my headgasket was blown, smoking an exhaust like that but the results came back perfect
  3. Both the scenery and Zed look ace Si. Do you have to ask for the low clearance option for the ferry prior to booking, on arrival, or do they just pick you out? I did wonder if this was possible as the on/off ramp has a pretty savage angle change
  4. Japspeed have them on the site, have you tried them? http://japspeed.co.uk/Nissan-300ZX-Z32-Twin-Turbo-Side-Mount-Intercooler-Kit/p-0-1112/
  5. I put a blob each end of the seal to hold it in place, then sealed the sump filling the groove with a bead of RTV which I think is what the service manual told me to do so should be fine
  6. Who's that with mate?
  7. When you replace the fuel temp, water temp sensors etc. what do you use to seal them in, RTV or plumbers tape? Any idea what size the throttle position sensors screws are, i've misplaced mine and need to replace them quickly?
  8. Yeah I hate the guess work with clips so that is gold
  9. Same here Silverline, mega interesting on the jubilee clips I never knew there were torque settings. Just found this on the Jubilee site for anyone else interested. http://www.jubileeclips.co.uk/products-clips-standard.aspx
  10. Sweet, what's the due date all being good with this set?
  11. Have you checked your tyres to make sure non of them are deformed? Tyre pressures are all good?
  12. How much is the set of 4 from you Anthony? Everything going alright in there?
  13. That was the tweezer type one right?
  14. Yeah same here then fill it with do-electrical grease before putting back together to stop it happening again
  15. If you go to the Australian site there is a guide in their tech section on exactly how to do it, I read it the other night might be one on here but I've never looked
  16. Yeah heater on hot, id just have the fan on liw thoughni doubt it matters, fill the rad then once bled and up to temp fill the overflow to the high marker
  17. Doesnt taking the feed from the balance bar do the same thing as putting Y's in vac lines?
  18. Ha ha brilliant, extreme measure to keep the car Ian
  19. Could be, i'd definitely replace it myself. All car manufacturers recommend a mileage/time to change the timing belt, whichever comes first. My Seat Leon is 30,000 miles or 4 years
  20. What did that Meister R setup cost you, it's all Powertrix stuff isn't it? Are you getting uprated anti-roll bars as well? Stillen seem to be the weapon of choice
  21. Not done it myself but alot of people have recommended the Driftworks item as it removes a joint that can fail. http://www.driftworks.com/driftworks-total-hicas-eliminator-kit-for-nissan.html
  22. I think there's a fusebox in the boot so i'd presume that one. Tell him to look in the handbook if he has one it should be pretty obvious from that, if not let me know and i'll send my mate an email
  23. There is a list on the site somewhere of owners of Conzult. Where are you?
  24. Do you have or know anyone with Conzult? Take it for a drive plugged into that and have someone else monitor it
  25. I love that pic over your bonnet chasing the Aston that looks smart:tongue_smilie: A friend of mine had a standard Vantage that I keep ticking over once a month while he's away, he's removed a fuse that controls the exhaust valve bypass so it stays open all the time, the sound is phenomenal! I can't wait to get mine on the road and see how they compare
