  3. Im going to have a go at fitting the gauges I bought from Craig However Just had a read through the technical forum, when I click onto any of the links it gives me the unknown error. Could anybody supply me a working link to a how to section fro fitting boost, temp and oil pressure gauges? I want to ensure Im cutting / splicing into the right areas..
  4. http://www.autoresto.co.uk/reverse_led_300zx.html Havent fitted mine yet... lol...
  5. One of the Guys sells a mod on here. bought mine from him.. Ill send the link over when Im on my home pc...
  6. I did look at that and also through the steering gromet. Think I like the battery area better but will have to have a look and see where that is.. Just thought there might be somewhere more obvious as loads of people have added gauges, so use their knowledge.. Cheers mate...
  7. Any other areas I could consider??
  8. Purchased... bought some from a UK Guy as im impatient and some spares from Hong Kong.. Cheers Buddy...
  9. Ill change them.. I think they look chavvy too. came with the sidelight holders I got..
  10. Put these bulbs in the new side lights.. They are very blue, are they legal? they were sent with the bulb holders so you would assume so.. but they are blue..
  11. Hi All, Another stupid question.. im starting to fit my gauges on the dash. wheres the best place to feed the cables and the pipe for the boost gauge from the engine to the centre console? Its the dash mounted 3 gauge im fitting..
  12. Do you think? usually do my own timing belts but never owned a v6 before so not that confident in doing it..... Any performance garage worth its salt should do a timing belt.
  13. Shell V Power..
  14. Hi Mate, I live in Teesside. Ive tried Falcon, supposed Zed specialists and would NOT recommend them. There is Jamie at Evotune I use for bits and pieces, hes right near the centre so can spend some time in Durham. I usually email him and see if he can do it. as the name suggests hes and evo specialists and races his two evos. so best contacting him before making the trip. He did a cracking job of my suspension and Ill be getting my bearings, decats and timing belt done by him this year.. Ill be taking mine to Zed world beginning of next year for specialist set up..
  15. You can get a lot in them.. but dont park the rear wheels on the grass in case it rains..lol.. Unless there are other people round to push you out.. lol...
  16. I really like that.. Always fancied one... If I ever gain the skills I will have a go.. Keep us upto date with pics?
  17. Which garage are you using buddy??
  18. some Guys on here have done some great pipework with electrical cable and a hot glue gun... Kaza Steve being one.. you would never know unless you were told.. There a re a few of us who meet up when we can, Bird, Paulzx, Lil Steve all good guys and full off good advice.. Forgot to mention wheel refurbs by a guy in Hartlepool. excellent and Lil Steve used him on recommendation and wasnt dissapponted...
  19. Its tough mate to be honest so am trying to do all work myself with help from the Guys on the forum.. I tried Falcon Engineering and they just conned me so I advice stay clear. Electrical work if I get stuck I got to Floreys in Middlesbrough. May be able to help with air com and can be mobile. Jamie at EVOTUNE has done stuff for me. suspension, weight balancing etc.. good for most work apart form the real detailed mapping stuff etc I recommend Jamie.. when I need parts I ask the Guys one here, they are a great bunch.. However mine wil be at Zedworld beginning of next year for some stuff... Probably not much help but ive managed using this lot... I did have a starting issue and must have rang 20 garages and nobody would touch it. in the end I rang the rac and after an hour he maesured the fuel coming from the filter and that was it..lol.. its not easy owning a ed in the North East forgot to mention Jamie at Evotune can do all the manifold stuff etc...
