  1. The Lexus, realms of the company car and many a discussion in the queue at Costa coffee.. Ive seen a few of these with mega mileage on them. The engine management light comes on for loads or reasons in the Lexus and you have to look at a mix of codes. never heard of a fubard cat on any of them but daft things like damage on the exhaust, misled the emissions sensor, as discussed the o2 sensor, faulty connections. A decent specialist will sort it. Not listed as a specialist but I can recommend Prestige on Preston Farm and they wont rip you off....
  2. Sh1t stirrer... lmao....

  13. Thanks Guys, Im not into fast and furious and not sure if its heading that way.. Might go for the pillar post, but lee wouldnt mind a look at that gauge holder.. just been out and bought a hot glue gun.. typical but feel like a real man now..lol.. need some help on the vinyl though as thats coming away in some places.. Gary, it is.. needed some gentle trimming but I found the clock as much use as a chocolate fireguard, couldnt find anywhere to put the turbo timer and its gone in really well.. BigC, I bought if from ZXTT, 1 to see if I liked it (its like a stuck on trim) and 2. it frees up my own parts to play with and send off to wicked coatings.. Im waiting to see Mark Derbys in the flesh before committing though...
  14. Apparently we need to spend our way out of recession so Im with Ryan...
  15. Got my steering wheel yesterday so thought Id do a few jobs. Got the electric windows working, radio fitted into the right place, fitted the red stitched gaitors (apart from the armrest as need some glue) and the centre consoles ready for the gauge holders and gauges to go in.. Trying to build up the bottle to cut a hole in my dash. Pics below; I was looking at slowly building a red and black interior and same in the engine as I learn more.. Now ive started Im not so sure.. What do you think...? Also the space below the radio.. What have other people done here. Ive seen Marks gauges which i like but 3 gauges is enough for me..
  16. Nice and subtle.. Thanks for link.. being a bit of tight arse I might wait for a cheaper UK supplier... lol...
  17. Could it have dropped into safety mode? hence stopping revving over 3K?
  18. Cheers Gary, car looks great by the way. I like the red stitched Nismo one.. I did by a cover, but it just covered the top (should have read the description better) and its annoying me now.. lol.. Think Ill copy the Nismo one... very nice...
  19. Anybody know where you can the handbrake handles with the red stitching from... Agree about that pod holder steve... the whole thing looks great.. even though I wouldnt want the seats though look too uncomfortable for my older bones...
