Pez, they are scum.. we had a similar problem last year. my wife runs it as her own business... very long story but long term tenant wanted to move out, her daughters asked to move in and we said no.. bad egg.. so she moved in for the final two weeks with her mum and then refused to move out. her and her stone head boyfriend trashed the house, refused to pay rent, changed the locks reported me for threatening behaviour and harassment. My wife took them to court, several thousand pounds later we got the house back and had to break in.. her mum and her have vanished leaving lots of debts to the house. Gas and electric meters all changed to pay as you go. When it went to court I cannot tell you how disrespectiveful they were to the judge. she turned up with two meatheads to try and intimidate me, funny as feck cos neither would look at me,,lol. it went that bad in the courtroom for them and they were so nasty our solicitor took his tie off on the way out and said I cannot leave you to face them on your own... lol.. great guy and would recommend his company for any landlord issues.. we almost decided to get rid of the properties because it will take a long time to recoup the monies.. know next time not to follow the law like they dont.. some people have no respect, they are absolute scumbags and actually think they deserve to get it all free. until the government walks away from the believe that a family needs £25K per year to live and that if you dont work you dont get all the best houses, clothes, food etc nothing will change.. I was gobsmaked to see how much she got as a single mother.. amazing.... rant over.. lol...

Put my car in to Jamie at evotune in Durham. As the zed says he is an evo specialist but having all sorts of problems getting the suspension and geometry set up so thought why not give him a call and ask.. Fantastic service and car is running superb... Got loads of useful info from him as well about the Dyno, mapping, engine builds etc... For the Northern Guys, definately worth a call if you need anything doing... Hes own evo is something special as well, race car with about £120K in it so far... Top Guy...

Hi Guys, As most of you know im not the best mechanically but learning quickly... Ive changed discs and pads on the front and now they squeal intermittently when brakes applied.. What causes it and how do i stop it? Cheers
