Could be the one, sounds about the right size although havent measured them. I bought it from a lad in Nottingham. I know he hadnt had it long, said he bought it from a dealer. Now off to Oz so had to get rid.. you didnt buy the car and seem clued up, did you see any problems with it? if you can remember.. ive done some superficial bits, need to get the belts done. dont fancy doing it myself and most garages not keen on doing it... I liked the wheels as different but not everybodys taste....

Hi Jane, has he done timing belts on the zeds before? struggling to find somebody who wants to do the work and dont fancy doing it myself..

where did you Guys get the plastic clip from? Nissan couldnt find the part and jap parts wanted me to buy the whole lock.... I had to make something......

Hi Mate, that would be good, regularly head over to Whitby. Moors road on the way out, coast road on the way back..

get the trim off and have a look, will hopefully be the two bars inside catching. The other thing to look at is the connector at the back of the barrel. can be made of plastic and crack. you turn the key but of course nothing happens. I think you have to buy the whole barrel to get the plastic clip so may need to be inventive..

best thing is ring your local track. they are superb days and usually well organised. The anal part at the beginning running through flags etc and then off for stints on the track. I think Croft was £80 from memory. My advice is dont go against a mate, gets too competitive.:devil:
