  2. WTF???? Whats the asking price....? The 2 has fallen down.. looks like a 5? change the bonnet and the spoiler, take off the roof spoiler and the outside will be okay.. Have to rip the interior out... I can understand the show car comment.... if that was at JAE this year Jason would be bricking it...............
  3. I cant get on pistonheads at the mo.. if its the one I remember i thought it was altight.. Im guessing its not that one...lol.... Spent all my money on the Zed so can only afford a black and white monitor...
  4. ive seen that one.. doesnt look too bad??? just full of bullshit.....!
  5. Be good to meet you Mate... Its a good job you can take a joke hey?? lol.... Gary looking forward to finally saying hello... remember the Jamesons......
  6. I am Gary.. tickets booked through club.. coming down with My Wife, Lee (Bird) and Mrs Bird.. I make home made wine which they both like so theyve staffled 5 litres for the two nights...lol... Said it will stop them getting bored...... Really looking forward to all the people that have helped me this year..... Its my Zeds 1 year anniversary next weekend..... my first full year of expensive Zed ownership... And if Nicci is doing everybody.. should be a laugh.....:devil2::laugh:
  7. Mine always fires up first time. But did the boost gauge yesterday. when I tried to fire it up it took a couple of turns.. also idled slighty higher.. When I looked at the pipes they were a bit tired. Replaced with fresh and problem sorted.. probably miles away from the mark but hope its also something stupid and cheap to sort out....
  8. JAE is starting to sound like a Saturday night out in the Boro....:tt2:
  9. Has anybody told vodkashots......:blushing:
  10. cant open the add... what am missing......
  11. When I was kid, we were in my Dads Chevette Estate. A Datsun Bluebird (i think) pulled out of a junction in front of us. A X19, that colour went into the side of it doing some speed as well.. It hit the datsun lifted into the air, spun, shedding body parts everywhere.. The datsun had a little bump lol... It turned out, he had picked it up at the garage half a mile up the road. Pulled out, stuck his foot down to feel the power.. that was it.. end of journey, car wrote off... lol... Nobody had any seatbelts on, nobody was hurt... The good old days.... Always had a soft spot for them since then, but the first Ive seen with the wide arch kit.. looks awesome...
  12. the cables in the end.. took the battery out, glovebox off and was able to feed the cables through the door gromit straight into the engine beside the battery.. Boost cable has gone along the windscreen cowel so well hidden.. running the others keeping them away from the fans and the heat sources is proving a little more of a test.. Usually use a bit of ptfe so good to know thats right... the vac pipes are larger than the pipe fitments already there.. wheres the best place to buy a reducer.. Tried tightening it on but no good you could hear the air escaping..
  13. Have to ask Mark cos I am useless but learning.. Took me about 3 hours today just to get all the cables routed into position for the oil pressure, water temp and boost gauges.. Did use different colours though to make identification easy later down the line and bound them all together in black tape so hidden in the engine.. Pretty pleased with myself knowing how useless I am.. Fitting the the 3 pod gauge holder tomorrow.. Would still be out there but its my wedding anniversary so had to spend some time with the Missus...
  14. What about the stick on plates? Are they any good?
  15. Phew... I can relax now.... if it comes quickly Ill get it fitted before JAE....
  16. I like those types of shows... Loving the X19...
  17. Cheers Dave ordered the second one.. Any particular reason why you said that? Couldnt justify £80 for the Greddy one...
  18. Looks great Steve.. Plates look much better....
