  3. I cannot tell you the difference between an ALC 1 & 2, however I can tell you that the difference it will make to an Auto box is massive, changes are far faster, and the box does not seem to wallow so much, but, if you want your car to be the animal it was made to be, get rid of the auto box and make it manual, I was a committed auto box fan, however after going across to manual last week my car is properly transformed. If you are going to stay with your auto, then my old HKS may be for sale. I left it with the garage that made the change, If necessary ill email you their details
  4. first things first for me , ill get the vernier out and measure the hub diameter of the car , and the size of wheel centre , thanks for your help gents , much appreciated
  5. Thanks Si, I am looking at circa 30mm bolt on , my current wheels ( came on the car ) don't have any spigot rings , they just fit the hub centre, the wheels are something like mahidi, or madi, split rims or something like that, to me they looks like Porsche 928 wheels teledials.
  6. Looking to buy some wheel spacers, what is the best type to go for, my wheels although non standard fit the Standard wheel hub, Thoughts, Cheers Sayers
  7. how do you mean Stephen " Understeer" , I don't see how fitting plastic arches can effect any change to the steering ???
  8. thankyou, now where to get them from ??
  9. Bumping up this thread , as I am looking for the same
  10. Okay, a bit of a marmite look, Im considering fitting plastic rear overarches, I think similar to to those which Baz had fitted , but not at sticky out. Any one where I could buy said items, Or what other manufacturer standards may be made to fit, Thanks Sayers

  20. Where do I get a replacement set of pedal rubbers or foot pedal covers, non chavtastic though. either way, whatever I end up with I need to be sure that they are the correct fit , not just generic tat Cheers Sayers
  21. Hi I need the Cruise Control cancel switch which is mounted on the foot brake ,and / or clutch pedal, It is black in colour, ideally I need the connector that's clicks into it with a couple of inches of loom attached, better still would be 2 of the loom connectors, If you can help let me know ASAP please Thanks Sayers
  22. that is the strange thing , the old cruise control switch located on the brake pedal failed , so I connected the two wires permanently together, However the Cruise control STILL cancels correctly when I press the brake pedal, how can this be ?
  23. And I can connect the wires to this ( Clutch ) switch directly from the brake light pedal switch. ?
  24. so that will be opposite to the brake pedal switch which uses a white switch . The white switch creates a circuit when the brake pedal is pressed. for the clutch I need to use a black switch ?? which will break the circuit and disable the cruise when the clutch pedal is pressed?.
