Yup, i reset it and i even disconnect the battery for 1 hour to make sure. I am gonna try tomorrow again and take it out of the recomended voltage range of .45/.5 i will try around the .40v mark and see what happens then, will keep ya informed.

have been doing a lot of reading on the TT net, and a lot of peeps change the voltage @ the TPS to give them diffrent driving styles, but it dont matter what i do to mine it changes gear at the same rpm points ???

do what i done, cut the complete crappy plugs off and solder the cables to the small size crimps and they fit a treat?

russ, are you doing the drivers side pillar set to hold 3 gauges?

I have been playing around with the TPS and changing the voltage from one end of the scale to the other (.45 to .50 v) and it dont seem to make any diffrence to the way the gearbox changes gear, is it suppose to ? Maybe i am not giving it enough time between changes to settle down, but i am resetting the ecu each time? Whats your thoughts on this one guys/gals and have you had any success with this, or do you know another way to get the gearbox to change gear earlier or later in the rev range (or is it set by MPH). Thanks

Have you fitted a speedo converter ? KPH to MPH.

Does your graphics card have "S Video plug" if so use that its much better and should work ok, just select in your display settings to use TV not your monitor ?

if you can pm me the bearing numbers i might be able to get them at a good price ? (if you cant get the numbers measure them and give me the size, remember they will be in metric)

some more good points, so when you start to run out of fuel supplied by the pump increase the voltage to it to get some more fuel, but then you are restricted by the size of the fuel lines to the filter and injectors (over 600BHP)???? so get your fuel lines replaced with 12mm+ bore fuel lines, its never ending????.
