selling supra thinking 300
Have driven both, and i think you will find that most peeps will say that the supra seems to be a bit more tail happy, (they break away very easy) and seems to bounce around alot with stock shocks on ?. But pound for pound in the tunning area you will get more Bhp from the supra. Both cars have crap std brakes, so look for one thats possibly got a brake upgrade. The supra has a better g/box (auto and manwell). The heating and ventilation is also better in the supra, but the 300 does have the T tops  With the 300 you do get a lot of car (and probs if ya buy a wrong en) for you money.

S A W .........anyone tried it?
Andy would you mind PM'ing me your phone number for a chat m8. Cheers

S A W .........anyone tried it?
Had an email from the manufactures today (only sent it last nite) and they deffo recomend a large oil cooler for the gearbox as it does generate a lot of heat, but you can monitor the temp of the g/box with the temp guage that is incorparated with the kit. The more i read about this the more i like it.....watch this space.....

Another "where is he?" Hexaking
Hi vini, nice to know that someone cares for me  you old tart wot you after LOL. Have had a bad start to the new year m8, after months of going to all the so called specialist hospitals with my father, and telling us that things were getting better, he passed away three weeks ago, and to be honest m8 its hit me right in the guts, i thought i was prepaired for it but when it happens buy fook it hurts. So things have been put on hold for a while, the new super re-built gearbox was put in last weekend and first impressions are good, but not giving it to much at the moment, i am useing the car everyday just to run the box in a little b4 i go to the pod, i am seriously thinking of fitting the S A W system in the next couple of months when i get my head straight. Why dont you come to the Lakeside meet and you can buy me a beer or 3, i will be in the car if its still running ???

S A W .........anyone tried it?
I have just rebuilt my Auto g/box to take some extra welly i intend to put through it, and i dont like the way that the HKS ALC controls it, so i might fit the saw, at least i will be able to conrol the line pressures through the g/box rather than a fixed pressure all the time and cook the oil and g/box, and change gear at peak power rather than just let it endstop on the rev counter, and you can still change gear with ya foot fully on the gas, i think this is the way to go for the Auto guys, even if you hav'nt rebuilt your g/box yet. If you look at the price of the HKS ALC £200 + then this aint to bad for what you are getting. I will deffo be intrested in a group buy so count me in guys..

sorry guys i didnt see this earlier, bank transfer sent.

What does it all mean ???
Guys, i dont have a problem with the box at all, infact its a new gearbox, and changing gear very nicely .......but i want to play around with the control side of things to see what does what. I have a HKS ALC unit, and all that does is change the oil pressure in the system and give you a harder (quicker) gear change, it dont actually alter WHEN to change gear, and thats what i want to do, if you get what i mean. FASTREDZ do you have a series 1 or 2 ALC unit ? and if its a good price i might have it from you so i can take it apart and see if i can do somthing a bit diffrent with it ???? I have modded my one so i can switch it on and off :-) which is nice for when you are in traffic and you want to keep the gearbox cooler and when ya @ the pod you can switch it on.
