Well i wont be going out on a friday night again knowing that i will be working under the Z. Its taken me allday to get the car jacked up, the complete exhaust off, the propshaft, starter motor and all the bolts slackend off around the bell housing, and had a chat with everyone that walked by. And tonight no beer so i'm not half pissed in the morning like today, and hopefully the box will be out in 1hr at the crack of dawn tomorrow. JDZ, if ya want to drop off the exhaust in the morn, its ok with me, and viniboy you should never throw stones if you live in a greenhouse m8 :mac1: I only have jacked the car up 12" so i hope its enough.

How high do i have to jack up the car to remove the gearbox ?? And if anyone says 48 inches so i can get my gut under it i wont be happy... and i have put this in the wrong place.......am never gonna drink again......oh my head hurts.....

you have something reliable???? you know the Z will break down in the next 100 miles... how much more reliable do you want :rofl: . Dont you start breaking that Z b4 you speak to me M8....if ya do i know were u live.. you can run but ya cant hide for ever :D

The wireing loom looks to complicated to me...think i will stick with the Z loom......LOL

Alot of the problem with speed and a dodgy connection is down to the distance that you are away from the BT Telephone exchange, and the condition of the cables coming into your house from the pole in the road, Thats down to BT not Tiscali, you need to get in touch with BT and ask them to send out a test engineer and do a db (desible) loss check on your line. I live a long way from the exchange, so i cant have anything faster than the standard 500kb connection, and that keeps dropping down because of the overloading issues that Tiscali have (i was with tiscali for 3 months then got it cancelled because of this). So i changed to NTL and i now have a 3Mb connection, its nearly as fast as my Z.... And it dont breakdown as much as the Z, LOL.

Why not get yourself tomtom on your pda or your nokia phone, then you can have camera detection and a navigator all in one, and you can set your poi's (points of intrest) to locate Mc Dee's, your bank, pizza hut, and Nissan garages, you name it its on there. And as you are in Essex i might be able to help you out with the software???

I was at the ring in sept with the Z and they didnt like it if you had a camera strapped to the dash, i noticed a few cars in the car park setting up the cameras on tripods in the back of the car and covering them over with coats and blankets, i think one guy got refused to go around co's he had a camera on the dash, they took his car details and i think his driving licence details (well thats wot the rumor was anyways), but to be honest i was glad to get around in one peice with out a scratch fully consentrating on the driving, plus the scenary, its spectacular, and not beign a david baily. I have now done a total of 35 laps and everyone was a totally diffrent experiance, even the 8 i done in one day???? If you are thinking of doing the ring...STOP thinking about it and do it ASAP.... PS. i wonder if it was the ring that fooked my gearbox.........????????
