Steve, do you still have the screen shot of the g/box conzolt ? if so m8 can u post it in the help and advice section for some comments as it didnt make didly squat to me?, i still think that summin is wrong? it hangs on to first gear to long ?. how do you manage to keep your water temp down in this weather mine is sky high, and should'nt your nitrate be lower?

I have adjusted the TPS and now when i start the car the power light on the dash flashes for about 20 seconds then goes out. Also when it goes from 1st to 2nd it changes early about 1700rpm very sharply. I have double checked the volts on the tps and its .5v ????? HELP

Oi chris, my car aint as ugly as your head ??? The day could'nt have started better, @ 7.15 am in a petrol stn in Essex, 1 Gtr 34, 1 Gtr32, 1 TT Supra, 1 Evo 7, 2 300ZX TT, and lots more. The sound of the GTR 34 going through the tunnel (M25) on full throttle still brings me out in goose bumps now just thinking about it????? Well done to all the English men in the midday sun, are we stupid or wot? And a well done to you maxsunny, hope you got home ok with that troublesum rad cap? and you had better luck than me? chris and i were the last to leave, i got stuck on the M1 for 1Hr, then on the M25 for 1.5 Hrs, i managed to get off at the A10 then the car over heats, my fault for not checking the water and saying to everyone that i dont have any probs with the cooling system, must learn to keep my BIG mouth shut? But all in all a very good day, Great to meet the faces behind the names. Nick (mr p), your engine is sounding great and looks the bxxxxxxks m8 well done, its nearly as fast as mine now? Have loads of pics and vid will try to get it posted asap.

I use water wetter all the time, i dont know if it makes any diffrence cos when i got my car the first thing i done was remove the rad and flush it, then i flushed the engine. I then added water wetter, i find my water temp is very stable even in traffic jams (i got stuck yesterday on the M25 for 1.5 hrs, no probs), it suppose to reduce your water temp by 10%.

I know i will get a bashing for saying this, but its a good choice, i have had a few in the past as family cars, not a toy like my Z, cos thats all it is to me. The best Saab i had was the 1991 2.3 9000 CARLSSON (225Bhp standard), that was one fast family car. Fitted with larger I/C, induction kit, chipped ecu, Lowerd/uprated suspension, big 18" wheels. If you go to saab for the servicing/parts they can be very expensive, but there are plenty of others around. All the bolt on goodies are available at ver good prices, my big I/C cost less than £300. My last company car was an aero 95 turbo and If you need a fast family car go for it, allday long at 140mph and you will think you are sitting on your soffa in doors (get a DVD in dash/ headrest screens for the kids, they will luv it). left this to last, there is a down side ? IMHO the standard suspension is crap, ok if you like BOATS, nuff said. Last but not least, when you listen to the engine running listen very closely to the front of the engine, if you hear any tinkling/tapping noise forget that one get another, will be a very expensive repair £1500 + but if you diy less than £200. If you can buy one private do it and save a fortune, just make sure it has full S/H, But u allreadty know all that , get a silver one with all the toys ?. DO IT.

am allso NTL and have the 2mb, but the last 2/3 weeks its been crap, even the tv has been very blocky and freezes, but im in london were the net work is allways very bizy ?

There is also a fuel pipe at he front of the engine that connects the two fuel rails, its under the throttle linkage, and its a little bummer to get to.
