  4. They are the right ones for your car, as i have just fitted this type to my car, the holes in the top of the exhaust manifold are for the O2 sensors, which are on the old manifolds that you are gonna take off, the other pipes that you are talking about on your existing cat goes to some valves under the wings, you dont need to connect them, and there is a small sensor at the back of the old cat that you just leave disconnected, just tuck it up out of the way with a cable tie.
  5. Firstly would like to say a big thankyou to mattotto, Thanks for the KYB suspension bud. I meet him this morning at Bluewater in kent at 9.30, we done the deal and of home i went to fit them, and buy 18.00hrs they were fitted, fronts and backs, :hyper: they look the biz. My old rear nearside shock was totaly Knackerd, so this new kit should feel a lot more stable. Not got the car off the axel stands yet as i want to bleed the brakes tomorrow, so antf hurry around tomorrow bud, i need your right leg....

  8. Hi justin, Have you fitted the bits yet? if not, why not? Good to see matt, you, and your GF(sorry forgot her name) lastnite. It looks like i will be giving the bearing a good clout with a big tapping stick ? as i ain't got a puller, (anyone ?) I have made arrangements to pick up my new suspension in the morning so i will be fitting that on sunday, will keep you informed as to how it goes. When i remove the AC compressor i will give you a shout, should be in the next few weeks. I still can't belive that a dog caused that much damage to your car m8 ?

Did you replace the hose's that go to the wastegate's (the one's with your jets in) with standard silicon hose ? co's if you did there is the possibility that they are expanding under pressure and by passing the jets? You should only use reinforced silicon hose to the wastegate's.
  10. Looking sweet bud, i must say i do like the headlamp panel, were did you get it ?
  11. When replacing the prop center bearing do you need a press or a special puller to remove it, or can you get it off with a tapping stick.... hope to be doing this on sunday, so if anyone wants to help, i've plenty of liquid refreshments.
  12. Q,1. Deffo AIV, If you want to keep them just drain off the water thats in em, but why do that when you can easily remove the lot within 1hr (both sides). Q,2. NO, there is no easy way, i gave up and bought a second hand seat, sorry cant be much of a help with that one.

  19. I feel like a virgin.... Anyone know of one?
  20. Well yesterday i decided to Decat the car so me and my little helpers (twit and twat) went to work as soon as the sun was in the sky, i managed to do the divorced down pipes (wot a barsteward), and remove the cats and replace with new Megan racing decat pipes, all in luvley shiney stainless steel, while i woz under the car i thought id remove the starter motor and give that a clean and lub service, now spins nice and freely, done an oil change and filter, and noticed that i have a weeping Brake master cylinder, so thats next on the list. Well the car is still on the stands so have'nt given her a blast as of yet to notice the diffrence the cats made, but i can say she seems to respond to the throtle a lot better, and she sounds sweeeeeeeet  . So all in all a good day was had yesterday, (am in the bad books with her indoors, we were suppose to go out?).
