its not in safety boost mode, and the ecu says its all clear (55), am taking the car to see a doctor today ????? so will let you know the outcome :-}

How do you know if its on safety Boost or not?

This is the boost guage that i have,? and yes the boost jets are in the right pipes, what should the guage read on tickover in "P".

Well i have spent most of the day looking for leaks, and i cant find any?? have replaced all the boost pipes, and new jublie clips to replace the nissan spring clips. But cant get the boost above 11psi. Had some help today from ant, And we noticed on his car, on tickover he had a reading of 20, i only have 10 ?? I thinks i need a conzult ASAP to let me know whats going on?? so if someone wants to Conzult me i'm open to offers ? Well peeps, i have been playing with some boost jets today and was wondering what the max boost i can run on a standard ECU, the reason why i am asking is because i cant get the boost to go above 10/11psi, and thats with .9 jets. Have also replaced most of the vacum pipes and boost pipes with silicon Pipes (RED OF CORSE). I hope to be gettin a JD chipped ecu very soon, so i should see a better boost, or not as the case maybe. Will i need to change my spark plugs when i get it chipped, if so what do you recomend, (dont want me flame blown out ?). Have also just got a pair of stainless De Cats/Downpipes from the states, Can't wait to get them on, vvrrooooooooooooooommmmmm, should sound nice with my HKS back box's, will do them when i do the Center bearing next week. :smash: Also guys/girls i have some new super white H3 bulbs. Are the H3 bulbs the ones on the outside pair of the head lamp cluster or the inside pair of the cluster ? C'os They look a Bar Steward to change and i want to pick the right ones to get out first time. Thanks

well i know one thing JD'S-Z, You will get to Clacton pretty quick if you use your Blue Z to pull it, and i know someone that can fit a tow bar to your Z :-)

Had a play with the GTech yesterday(sunday), and been getting some good results taking in consideration that the car is a standard auto 1990 tt, with just an Apexi air filter.the car is running about 8psi on full boost (after replacing all the boost/vacum pipes). average 0-60mph =6.1 sec (did do 1 run and get 5.8) average 60-0mph = 118 feet The BHP is something that i aint got right yet as its only showing 101 ? (was putting the weight in as kilo's.....Doohh) Side G Force max was 1.9 at the start of a DUFFNUT. Aint got around yet to the 1/4 Mile.

its a series 1 ptu, and i must admit the plugs on the coil pack are not very good, they dont click in anymore, some bits have broken off them cos they are so brittle, the ones on the injectors are good. I think i will move the PTU, just for good measure anyway, and when you say hard wire do you mean solder to the ptu, instead of the plugs that connect to it, cos i was also gonna do that as well. i know ther not cheap, i done one a couple of years ago to my S13.... :-}
