Don't know if it's possible or even exists but couldnt we have like a private for sale part in eBay then the stuff is pitchers that way using paypal and then the seller can get a refund via paypal if the stuff doesn't turn up

Might be cheaky but if it's been undelivered and a card through the door, could you ask for it to be sent to a new address? I get that you wouldn't be able to check the parts though. I'm guessing you can't do anything with your bank here with you not paying by credit card and things? Might be worth checking. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you
