Thanks mate. I think they are on the middle of 3 settings, do you mean to try and put them on the smallest whole? I'm not too sure what you mean by disconnecting the vacuum. Wouldn't that cause other problems?

This has been happening for a while now but want to get it sorted. So, under normal driving te car is fine, but if you've just had your foot planted and then you put the clutch down the car's revs can drop off. The natural thought is the idle control valve, so that's been replaced and it still happens. Any other thoughts before I come to a corner and the revs drop and put me in the hedge cos the wheel went tight lol

I'm not too bothered about the price up for about £60 or £70 but needs to be v good condition. All the K reg ones are GL1 black mate
