  1. Yeah Jane thats the one I was on about the grey one, its got enzo lights, looks horrid, i thought the guy said he was from thornaby, and I thought it was a mustang badge for some reason. has to be the same one though, surely there can't be two people ashamed of owning a nissan when its a zed. Don't think i've come across the red one yet though. You thinking of getting another anytime soon Jane? don't suppose you've seen chewy kicking about it marks old celica recently? he's slammed it on its arse now, clear side repeaters, racing wheel, full respray and i think he's getting a new manifold too, or something similar. The guys over the moon bless him. As if he payed 5k for it Baz, thats a bit steep if its got issues, however if there easily fixed then he's got himself a stunning motor there. The white one will probably be the one from Normanby Harby, was it standard looking? the guy keeps asking my mechanic mate questions since he told him he's done a few bits and pieces on mine. his hole interior is lush though, cream dash and the works, think he did it himself from one of those zed centre kits.
  2. hmm sounds worrying, if i remember correctly it had a manual conversion by zedworld not too long ago (I think, could easily be wrong) any idea how much he got it for, I remember when Brett was selling it he was wanting a little over 5k for it...
  3. yeah no doubt you will. as far as i'm aware there's a white one in Normanby with a beautiful interior, and a grey one in thornaby similar to mine, but it had some horrid rear lights and it was non turbo. Other than that i think thats it for the teesside area now. I've neglected mine over the last few months but trying to sort things out now before the snow comes.
  4. yeah thats the one, he can't of had it long, wonder why he's selling?
  5. Am i right in saying it's living in Stockton now? sure i saw it on my travels the other weekend. I did get chance to have a look round it at a couple of the local meets. is a spanking car!!
  6. This is a really silly question but how do i know if i have a miss fire? occasionally my revs hunt loads, and then it stutters a bit when it's given some throttle, only happens occasionally but it seams to be getting more regular. at first i thought it was the throttles being misaligned but I've checked that and they're both fine so I'm sort of stuck now
  7. chears Tony, I'll check it out...
  8. finally getting round to changing these, turns out the drivers side one has a little play in the ball joint on the wheel end of the arm as well as the rack end, but my local parts dealer can't get hold of them. I would of thought they would come with the arms but no joy. Haven't tried Nissan yet, but was just wondering if anyone knows of a place?
  9. had a look at the butterflies over the weekend and nothing seems to be out of the ordinary. must be another reason to why its been sluggish and the hunting revs.....
  10. I was wondering why they had moved myself. the last person to tuch them was Jeff and it had never ran better when i left him. Chears for the instructions jeff, i'll be sure to have it running right by the weekend.
  11. couple of weeks/months ago i was having some problems with my idle and with the car stuttering at low speeds. after a trip to zedworld Jeff sorted it right out stating that my throttle was misaligned so one bank was getting more fuel than the other. well couple of weeks later the same problem seems to have returned, the revs are all over the place at idle and it is starting to stutter occasionally again. so i decided to take some photo's, not sure if this is what they looked like after the trip to zedworld or if they've somehow adjusted themselves again. but how the hell do i know what they should be and how to adjust it. chears Steve
  12. You missed a cracking day pete, even though i didn't get there till gone 2:00, missed the motto x and the monster trucks but the drifting was class. was a few special cars there too. only two other zeds barring mine, which made it there early enough to be inside the grounds. both were looking mighty fine representing the 300 crowd.
  13. I've got the same alarm fitted. never had a problem with the actual alarm though. had an appointment with safe and sound to have them fit a remote engine start/stop and sort out an actuator problem. but they never showed up. he said they were in a car crash or something. I know these things happen and it wasn't their fault but it cost me a days holiday and i still got no closer to getting it done. the guy seemed to know what he was talking about though...
  14. wasn't expecting a 10:30 start on a sunday like, anychance of tipping up a bit later, i was thinking closer to 1:00....
  15. He's a friend of mine thats all and he said his dad had a 300.
  16. i don't suppose your son would be ste heart would it?
  17. I'm game, but was probably just going to rock on the japnortheast stand with a few mates.
  18. Redcar? where abouts? I'm sure my friend used Andrew page, he'll probably be in the yellow pages....
  19. think i got all 3 from Andrew page (local parts dealer) cost me around £25 i think. had some trouble with the sizes though, turns out i've got an after market overdrive pulley i never knew i had, and a jap spec water pump pulley (which is normal for an import i suppose) which is smaller than the uk one.
  20. spot on, thanks very much.
  21. i need the size of the little boost hose (diameter) I have a small length that keeps on splitting. it comes off a T junction and goes to the sender for the standard boost gauge. So I just wanna buy a length so i can keep on replacing it.
  22. I think i saw that kicking around. I wasn't there for long, just had a swift pop in, thought i better show my face. You'll have to get yours sorted for the summer, take some trips to japnortheast etc.
