  1. Oooh, thats nice, what lip is that?
  2. Thats the same size as what i've got now. i've also got another one thats ridiculously small, its about 6" long. no way i'd get away with that.
  3. I'd probably try it to see how long i could get away with it for. Any more examples???
  4. so it sounds like a wheel off and vernier jobby :detective: . I'll have to get it done, would like to have them when i fit my coilovers next week.
  5. looks like the most complex weed grinder ever!!!
  6. They maybe mate. if he's there tomorrow i'm gunna stick a forum card under his wiper arm.
  7. The amount of times i've had tyres swapped or my wheels off and not once has anyone ever suggested this to me. Ive changed my prop, hicas arms, inner and outer numerous tyre size changes and tracking checks but i've never been able to stop my vibration. this may actually be the final answer. What size do i need to buy? are they bought to fit the alloy or is it just the same size for every hub?
  8. All very nice looking zeds there guys. the car mad lip is looking very nice in particular  . I like the license plate on yewchecks and pauls is it road legal? not too sure how a black lip would look with a grey car though so would probably have to keep it all the same colour.
  9. As the title, been toying with the idea of changing my smashed up Gracer front end with a 99 spec. instead of repairing it yet again. I'm not a massive fan of the 99 spec front, but i've seen it look very nice with a lip on it here and there. So get some pics up and give me some inspiration....pretty please.
  10. Managed to get a picture this time. I was on a course at neta training centre, noticed it when I drove past.
  11. This sounds like something i've missed. what size do I need? anybody got an ebay link?
  12. Here's a couple I took. Mines the grey one...
  13. Z centre sell the long braided hoses for the master to slave. I've changed two on mine for having it ran too close the the turbo and bursting. so make sure its ran away from anything too hot. I've also changed the clutch fork and the pivot ball since having mine, got them parts from nissan though so it wasn't cheep.
  14. I could be free sunday the 7th.
  15. yeah, I made a black rubber gasket to cover the whole left from the original speakers and then fitted a 6x9 grill to cover the seem. all held together with a couple of BA bolts
  16. I've got them in the rear in the bose speaker box's, direct fit. And they will fit the doors too with slight modification. [/img] [/img] The speakers in the picture aren't the same as the ones in the link, although they are the same size.
  17. Haha, thats class. Is that another spoiler like baz's on the black one? don't think it pulls it off as well though.
  18. I've now got the bose speaker box's fitted in the rear, found it a chew on because i couldn't remove the rear seat. but it was totally worth it in the end. I bought these speakers form ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/150761829836?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 Service was excellent, and they sound great.
  19. Never tried myself. but my mate had a road sweeper knack in the side of his civic. was really expensive paint too, the council agreed to pay for a respray but he's been waiting a year.
  20. well I hope you catch them Bob.
  21. That is brutal!!! luckily i've never had anything like that. worst i got was some kids knicked my z dustcaps. only got two of the though the little b*st*rds
  22. Well thats good news. the bumpers been repaired god knows how many times, i've had it done 3 times in the 2 years i've had it but i can't of been the first. the bumper won't of been taken off last time it was repaired so it probably won't of been glassed from behind but then again i thought it was only damaged on the other side. it does feels solid at the bottom (point of impact) but i thought it was split in two.
  23. After it been out the body shop a matter of weeks i managed to prang the front end on a steep ramp, feel so stupid. Unsure if its repairable or not what do you guys think? at least it gets another shot at a colour match though 3rd times a charm. And if it isn't repairable then it may be time for something new for the front. Every cloud eh.... Any suggestions or ideas welcome
  24. Gaz said the loom you wanted to use wasn't in the best nic. should of bought a new one when you had the engine out. to be honest i would of had a few other new bits fitted if my engine was coming out. just from the amount of times my gear box has been out in the last two years. I got a ridiculous quote from falcon for a det sensor replacement, it was laughable. If I ever need anything technical sorting I just take it to zedworld. Its not too bad a drive if the weathers nice. and definitely worth it. Gaz has always said his boss is a bit of a nightmare, but i suppose he's one of the few places in the area that would take on a job like that. Hope you get it sorted soon anyway bud.
  25. Hello, did you by any chance get you engine fitted at a garage in thornaby? If so it was my mate (with the purple CRX) that fitted it. I kept on asking him to take some photo's of the cars but he didn't. But it is the rules to get some photo's up :whistling: What sort of electrical problems are you having other than the abs?
