Any heard of or had experience with this company
Easy to find out... check the code suffix. On the 2+2 shell the version S is Z32JT non turbo and Z32JSHT turbo Non version S cars dont have the T on the end. The version S Recaro had the same codes as did the Version R when it was introduced in 1997. :D

Probably an NA. No mention of turbos. :nono:

TT radiator in an NA?
Bottom Rad mounts are differently spaced. Bit of cut n weld should move them. then you can fit a Koyo Racing or similar all ally rad. I have already looked at this option.

Ultralites
My Split rim Taneisha(Spelling?) wheels look similar in spoke design to that Ultralite. They were gold when I found them but now they are anthracite. Soon to be featured on my new Version S Slicktop I think. :hyper:

Fairlady Z Version S. 1995
No , not really. There is nothing"special" about it . Its a stock unmolested NA slicktop. Its rare, but then all 95 cars are rare really given that only 2000 or so were sold across the whole model range. From that figure of 2000 Im sure very few were simple NA Manual slicktops. So its pretty rare. The version S was a further "sub model" from 95 onwards. Rarity on its own doesnt make something special. Of course it will become special to me as time goes by and I get it to my liking. I consider myself lucky to have dropped upon my almost ideal spec 300ZX at such a bargain price. As said previously I accept that lots and lots of forum members wouldnt want this car, but I do and thats all that matters to me. :D

Fairlady Z Version S. 1995
CheerZ Paul, and everyone else for the kind words. I have nearly got it clean now. :D Whole car has been mopped with G3 Liquid, some of it then gone over with Farecla colour restorer. Than everything polished with Autoglym Ultra deep Shine Polish. The last step is to give it a final coat of Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection to seal it. But that will need to wait for a good dry day :( as it can be a bu**er to get right if its damp. Here are todays pics just as I finished.

Just been down to the shops in it tonight.....Its dark out there and turning on the headlights doesnt seem to help greatly   I better get them Silver headlamps an HIDs installed AT ONCE :D

Fairlady Z Version S. 1995
UPDATE.......Its here!! Well I went to Birmingham on Friday and completed the deal. The guys at Carpoint(UK)LTD are a friendly bunch and easy to do business with. The one small job I had asked for was done and the car was ready to drive away. the 60 miles drive home via Coventry confirmed my test drive impressions... ie it drove, steered, handled and stopped as it should. rear shocks are a little tired maybe. the car was sold to me "unprepped" so I have spent a couple of days cleaning , polishing and generally tidying up. The car is stock spec apart from the stainless steel cat back zorst, which sounds fine. As its a Slicktop NA the "options" are all missing!!! Just like my old one. So no cruise control, no ABS braking and manual adjust seats both sides.....proper poverty spec. LOL! It suits me fine. the Version S is basically a plain Fairlady with the addition of "sports type" seats and a spoiler. Here are a couple of extra pics showing these features.

Why are they dropping money so fast
All cars drop in price as they get older. especially thirsty 3 litre cars that are 15 odd years old. Nearly all UK cars are rusty. Some just dont show it on the outside YET. But they are rotting from the inside. They are complex and expensive to repair and maintain and garages charge more as wages and overheads increase. Nearly all Jap imports have dropped too as the market is virtually flooded with cars as more and more dealers import now. Competition forces them to accept lower margins. No surprise really. The UK has an oversupply of all s/h cars. So down go the prices even more.

Fairlady Z Version S. 1995
Yes mate. Back in Feb. I had done all I wanted with it and I returned it to stock prior to selling. Im still building a track day /strip car from the remains of Yaseen's old slicktop but this is taking MUCH longer than I envisaged.  So when I saw this I just couldnt resist it. And hopefully come this weekend I will be doing a deal to get rid of the 2+2 NA manual I have been using this summer. My views on the 300Zx range are already well known. I dont like TTs I dont like 2+2s and I really dont like the targa roof concept on ANY car. Auto boxes are another complete no go area for me. So I have just bought a car that matches my needs EXACTLY. I do accept that my view is a minority one and Im quite happy for the rest of you to carry on driving the rest of the range and enjoying them. The fact that this car arriving is much newer AND a fresh rust free import is just a bonus. Total sales in Japan of ALL 300zxs in 1995 was only just over 2000. So in the UK any 1995 model is fairly uncommon. Im guessing that not many of these sales were basic NA Slicktops either.

Cheers guys. anyone else got anything else to add????
-
Airbag Steering Wheel???????
Can you just remove an airbag steering wheel and fit an earlier non airbag on or an aftermarket one??? I know you wont have an airbag if you do it but that is not a concern for me personally. :D
-
n/a and tt altenator - the same????
Same basic unit but the TT version pts ou ten amps more. 90 vs 80 I think. TTs must need more amps to run the turbos  :D

Plenum Polishing
Exactamente!! There is around 4/5 hours of sanding before you even think about polishing
