  9. right heres a short list that will probally cause a ribbing. citreon 2cv6: first car found it in the garaghe at home got it running and drove it about for 6mnths before it was brought off me and exported to france,. this is where i discovered i liked getting oily. suzuki vitara: used it as an absolute transport slag, used to have upto 5 bmx's hanging out the back, drove through the forset and crashed it into things alot. sold it for about 300 quid it was that battered. ford capri 1.6 cameo: this became a 2.0 litre s with a 130 bhop pinto that made more noise than it had muscle. who cares it was cool. it used loads of feul didnt idle for crap. did backfire and pop on over run and did make a truly awesome sound. z32 lwb auto: there we are present day, zed definatly the best car ive owned even with the grannie box
  10. ouch, i take it youve done the usual compare the blah and confused.crap my future brother in law same boat just got a quote back for his fiesta for about £1500, after some serious shopping about cannot remeber who it was tho. elephant are pretty good for young drivers.
  11. ah tahst cool im tempted to do taht with the reversing light pod. il be pming you soon over the led fog/reverse mod.
  12. as above, i had this issue last two winters solved it now tho. the rubber shrinks in the cold weather and the line is springy enough to keep it sealed. soon as teh engine and the hoses are warm no problem. obviously when you turn the air on it pulls air into the cabin hence the smell. check the lines as said make sure your engine is cold this will give the best chance of spotting them. it may be a simple as a few turns of a screwdriver worth spending an hour or so throughly inspecting the lines. dont forget that one under the throttle cover as already said. its very common to leak and a little ******* :D
  13. im really keen on that top white one. appeals to my stock with a twist, if it was just a bolt of lower part that would be the dogs..... :D did you ever do away with the lock hole on the rear groover? it kinda goes against your aim sat there. be nice to see your car when its done.
