well seeings as it was a public road they were all doing the speed limit so acceration wasnt an issue it was all about how they held there car through the corners of this tight section of otherwise empty road in a safe way that led him to his victory. isnt that right.........:D

its good to see however its a buyers market unfortunatly and people will only pay what they want to pay. once the z32s numbers fall it will become a sellers market where demand will be higher than supply. thats all price and worth is really supply and demand. unfortunatly atm people want to pay £1000 for a zed thats seems to be what most people are willing to pay. sad but true. i dont think our cars have the greatest following from the magazines either. how many skylines scoobies etc do you see gracing the front covers of the glossy and how many zeds do you see. would i prefer a skyline would i shit, the only way we can change valve is by making them more desirable and sheading the label of "a ticking time bomb". i guess this could be achived by bringing back car of the month and the like and actually doing something with these for exapmle sending them to the gloosys saying this is the 300zx uk owners club car of the month. what do you think? or even car of the year its till january perfect time to do that. mad maxes zed should definatly be front page glossy news and so should a few others on here. so il be the first to say this year i pledge to be full of club spirit and push the word about how good zeds are and hold up the flag for my team.

haha, had a kid in a punto try and race the zed off the lights the other day and i thought why not i had that same flash when i realised how unsporting i was being and how he appeared to be traveling backwards. my farther has an rx8 the 230 not the 180 and its alright revs pretty high but on the motorway the zed freaks him out because it just arrives at his window from no where apprantly

very much up for meets if there not a million miles away. ie less than an hour because of financial commitments and her who must be obeyed. i know there was a post for meet before xmas, but it fell through. which wasmore your way. think murt was sorting it out.

found the issue, where its eyyled over time its ended up sat a little front heavy, the front and rear supports being different. as such the front support has started to dig into the chip board sandwhich under the tank and crush it like a stileto on laminate flooring. so its time to drain down jack it up and chock it level. il also inset a sheet of steel or the like to stop this happening again. while im at this the middle section of the stand is gonna recive a angle iron steel internal structure, which will be bolted further to the chimmeny. hopefully this will be pretty bomb proof. and last me the next 2 years or so allowing me to get through the next 18 months when my habitation issue changes and the tank can be moved to a ground floor location with a concrete base and brick/steel frame. cheers for the input guys il post some pics or the process. cant really post anything tam cos all you would see is wood as its all concelled and i dont want to further weaken it by unnecessarily pissing about with it.

the tank has been in place for three years and has a foot print of 12 square feet and is supprted by 7 floor joists so each one supports 70kg approx each with a percentage held into the wall by some serious bolts. but what i need to determine is what is the causative issue to remidie it. moving the tank is a big operation as theres alot of delicate livestock in there thats taken years to grow. ive put alevel across the floor and it doesnt appear to be dipping infact its dang near spot on level. but there is a lean on the tank front to back witha 10mm height difference which has occured. i just dont know if this has been since the leak or ive only noticed since the leak. thanks for teh input guys

been watching my aquarium after a leak a few months ago and ive noticed its moved sibnce instalation. ins on the first floor in a victorian house and roughly 500 litres of water with a fair amount of live rock. the back is bolted to the wall and the front is supported by a a 2x4 frame work witha cabinent sanwhiched between. which is made from chipboard and there are three uprights which are about 2"thick the main display which is just over 330 litres is definatly leaning forward more than it used to and increasing slowy around 1mm over a month. i cant decide though wether its the floor or the stand being crushed anyone got any ideas of how to determine this???

nice car that but youd want a manual if your spending big money right? and as good as it is on paper or first glance your still buying an unknown. im only 2 years older than you and my insurance company said there would be no difference in price between it being import or uk spec. interestingly mine is a import.

surley if its not a car registered to thier country laws like that dont apply as the car is running on british standards. otherwise you woiuld need a new certificate of roadability aka a mot for each country????

ive been pulled over like this a few times now, never in teh zed though funny enough. ive had them scan all over cars check everything keep me for ages looking for something to book me over. and it ussually happens in hampshire, esp in southampton, lots of new recurits there making there arrest and ticket quotas. its pathetic. one of my friemds got pulled over by the same copper two days in a row, and had his car inspected on a ramp on a seperate occasion. it was a classic beetle he had just spent 10k making compl;tly stock and clean again.

if youve ever set of a speed camera in teh dark before you will know theres no mistaking it. its bright usually theres two flashes aswel. tahts how they work out your speed time distance travel etc rember it from science....? secondly a patrol car WOULD pull you, they have onboard cameras but its like a video camera not like a normal speed camera, the third ooption if it was a mobile camera it wouldnt of flased i belive. it was probnally sum1s headlights probally sold busybody who thought your driving was a little excitable. in any even you will know within the next two weeks, i would say however from your description your probaly being paranoid
