  1. Im assuming the list gets more expensive the further down you go?
  2. tbh I was looking at my dps an thinking if its the same placement and they are large enough.. it would be dead easy to just get a new flange waterjet cut, cut off the old one with a slitting disc and weld on the new one.
  3. :s if you simply mean replacing the damper as a complete assembly its piss easy on a zed and will take you about an hour with a cup of tea and casual approach.
  4. oh right proper ones are bb tubs? that's better journals are as you say a bit old school.
  5. Right, whats the drawback on the hybrids? And what sort of damage would you expect for 28s?
  6. Am I right to understand that essentially when you hybrid the t25 to make one of those t25/28 that a few people use, that essentially what you do is use the t25 core which is the same in the t25/28 etc range, with a t28 front compressor wheel, a bored out t25 front housing and a t25 rear housing? Because looking at the t25 exhaust housing I cannot see how you can bore it out any larger to fit the larger wheel. I understand they produce less power than a genuine gt28, I assume this is because your not using the exhaust housing and rear compressor so cannot achieve the same effect. If you switch over to true t28s the exhaust housing is 5 bolt? So that would require different downpipes, and relocation of the actuator as they aren't designed to be where they are on the t28 as the t25s are clocked for the zed.... anyone care to educate me?
  7. You want ngk, pfr6b-11 the 11c is for the twin turbo, but you can use the 11c in an na, gthere twice the price though.
  8. just go through them, systematically pulling off the coil pack lead off, it should drop in rpms and note, if not that ones not working. Obviously you do one at a time, and listen, id try not to drive it until your satisfied its running on 6. These cars are prone to poor connections, from the 20 year old connectors cracking apart too them being corroded with crap. Id advise new plugs anyways if you cant trace when they were last done, yes they are expensive but they will last and na plugs are half the price of tt plugs so its not such a problem. One of the first things you should do with any zed, is unplug and clean every last damn connection on the engine, and re-crimp the spades for a better fit, do an oil and filter change, and do a flush and fill of the coolant system.
  9. I had this a while ago it was genuine, you can phone paypal to double check though.
  10. I might have some time tomorrow if you want to swing it over here.
  11. Loads of ideas :) are you sure your running on all 6 cyldnders?

  17. trouble is mark everyone will think you've got chlamydia, for two reasons. Firstly your advertising this fact wearing a STI label, and secondly you will be also be joining the chavs. There quick enough and handle well, theyre also sorta practical with the 4wd etc, but honestly if I had one it would have a few dents and be filthy as I would use it as a proper hack, imo there pig ugly and pikey as.
  18. Just had a look on the map, is this place near cheltenham?
  19. The evo boys use them all the time, apprantly they go a bit brittle after 12 months and need replacing but at the price nm.
  20. your flying from the Wirral? don't be silly bloody drive, then you wont hav eto hire a car and you can go anywhere, the drive down through cornwall through bodmin etc is the best bit!
  21. The sensors are pretty generic and cheap in all fairness.
  22. silverline is looking at producing them, they do make a bit of difference but they arnt a substitute too better brakes, the benefits are mostly cosmetic in most peoples opinion. a set of claipers from a r33 with the 350 discs would be far better.
  23. theres two on there a injector style brown one, which is the ecu temp sensor and a black spade connector that is for the dash gauge.
  24. Its the water temp sensor for the gauge is it not?
