  1. Didn’t spin doctor buy it, then sel it on to a non member.
  2. Some years ago I had the opportunity to buy a notchback one, lovely car with a 305. Still kick myself over that.
  3. I managed to get them used as part of a bundle of parts.
  4. I think I’ve opted for 6-4 now. The ones my Tiens came with where very harsh. But I have the Stillen ARB to soak up the roll. Haven’t had chance to test the new spring rates yet.
  5. Right I have to revisit and rectify this. Even if it’s to activate the blower only, to pass the MOT. So the fuse holders have no power, the motor has no power, relays to check next I guess? Which are located on the fuse box rear?
  6. This happened to me on the motorway at about 5am this time last year. It actually bent the steel rim in a good inch or two, was like being hit in chin, instant flat. As quite exciting having not long woken up. As I was changing it a car pulled in, had done him front and rear.
  7. So hold on a second are we saying That you get a loom for effectively $98? Plus postage?
  8. “The best of all things are possible in the worst of all possible worlds.”
  9. Trouble is and I’ve learned this lesson the hard way these people always have about 400 family members. You get in a ruck beat them fair and square and then two weeks later you get jumped at the pub by a bunch of 5 or 6 of them when your on your own. I used to get myself in trouble standing up for myself a fair bit when I was younger and eventually changed tactic, there’s a dick head in my road but for some reason he has decided he likes me, the wife winds me up and calls him “your mate”. If you keep collecting your evidence, that day you finally snap and deck him will be perfectly justified at the end of a prolonged campaign. You’d just be defending yourself. When you do, share the footage because I bet he will look stunned as **** when he on his back like a turtle, arms and legs waving, wondering what just happened.
  10. Not uncommon these days for new engines to spend time on the dyno being checked over is it? Even if they are no where near the car they will be fitted to.
  11. If you start pushing yours now and I start pushing mine we should cross paths, like, Winchester ish by August.
  12. I really don't understand people like this. How they get through life without getting seven bells kicked out of them is very odd.
  13. You guys know that they send these things out in the millions right? They also don’t sit there sending one at time. They’re just waiting waiting for a bite and if one things for sure there is always one idiot.
  14. Russ, just don’t buy an automatic one  There’s a couple of Ultima’s round here. One the guy has a 911 daily, a Ferrari 488 (I think) and the Ultima. *******
  15. What part of the SW you moving to Tony, it’s pretty vast.
  16. I found the same Jay. However It’s got a warranty on it, I marched in with it on a Saturday when they were busy with the original packaging and moaned a lot. They didn’t ask too much about when I purchased it. Think they wanted me out the way. I got a new one. ;)
  17. You will want the large I expect. The medium isn’t wide enough.
  18. Where is Ash recently?
  19. Oh I could get it back sorted in a day/weekend. Only a few things to sort; Bleed the brakes Dress the rear bumper tab Install an expansion tank Refit the wheels & Fix the electrical fault thats stopping the blower working. I just haven’t had the interest. I’ve just had enough of spanner’s and screwdrivers atm.
  20. Because selling it would pay my solicitors bill and leave me with one less thing to sort out. I’m gearing upto some stressful stuff.
  21. I was in Southampton today. It’s not exactly local but I do go there pretty often.
  22. If I still own my zed by then I’d be up for it. Weekend though.
  23. The only way to avoid bresking the car is to never use it Jeff, even driving like miss daisy could be the coffin nail. I hear your concerns but there’s little difference between giving it death on a deserted A road to on a RR other than someone, who hopefully knows what they are doing is monitoring things. I had mine on the rollers the year before last. Partly for curiosity but mostly because I wanted to set up the boost controller up in a controlled environment where AFRs could be monitored. It allowed us to turn the boost up run after run without pulling over. It was all very safe and useful tbh.
