Loved the first one, thought the second one was pretty good, but very disappointed with the third one and haven't seen it since seeing it at the cinema. I notice they're practically giving away the box set in HMV at the moment. Ruined the whole trilogy the third one did.

Mines an import and was (is) definitely undersealed.

I love the metallic green actually... but I could only find it on NAs, so ended up with black.

I drove back from Manchester (180) miles and used just under half a tank, but that was driving fairly gently.... going up there I used about 3/4 of the tank. This is one car where how you drive really makes a difference.

Yeah, that doesn't sound right. With the standard setup you feel the bumps because it's not soft, but at speed, on a decent smooth road, it really ought to be a pretty silky ride.

I agree. I'd say fair play to them. Most of those cars aren't to my taste (although like some others on here, I do like the Focus), but in the pictures shown it all looks like quality work. If it keeps them out of trouble and they enjoy doing it I can't see a problem with it. But what's wrong with wheel spins and do-nuts, eh? ;)

0 - 155 is supposed to be 37 seconds so it sounds about right to me. Seriously mate, it looks like it's running great... can't speak for the autobox, but it all looks about right.

Actually Clarkson's car only did 70 miles to a tank (= 4mpg) because he *was* flooring it at a test track or airstrip or something. Under normal driving conditions it should do around 10 - 12 mpg... which is obviously still not great.

Think I'm missing something here. Plenty of posts talking about this on their forum but scant details about exactly where it's going to be. Give me a bit more info and I might turn up depending on what time I can knock off work (I'm only in Cambridge).

Yeah, it's quite nice for an MR2 conversion... however, got to agree with the other comments here. For £25k you could get a really nice car that's not masquerading as something it isn't (DB7 anyone?).

Er... follow that. Yes I've tried internet dating, but not with any great success so far. On one occasion I was chatting to (what I thought) was a girl in London... next minute she's asking me for £200 for food in Nigeria. So that was that. I then started paying a bit more attention to detailed search results on yahoo and noticed that loads of the girls coming back couldn't string a sentence together in English, which makes me think there's an awful lot of frauds out there, or at least on yahoo there are. Tried a couple of other sites out as well but not much luck so far.

LOL. Yeah, I think he's being optimistic... but on the other hand, it does make me think stuff it, if I decide to sell mine again I'm going to stick it in the local rag for £7k and see what happens. At the end of the day, if everyone sold them for 10k that's what they'd sell for... although probably not in the numbers they do now. I guess there's too many crap ones on the market.

I'm with bird: no way you're going to get an extra 140 bhp from a chip on a stock 300 ZX. Decent chips are available, but consensus on here seems to be that Superchips are a bad idea. Talk to someone like Chris@GetGreddy about ECU upgrade/boost controller. Should net you around another 40-60bhp or something like that (I think, but there are far more knowledgeable people on here who can answer your question).
