  1. Welcome mate. Not a fan of the front or rear bumper, but each to their own :) Got many plans?
  2. welcome. Sapphire Blue is the best colour....but I'm biased.lol
  3. Search the How To. You need an EL Panel, and in some cases black paint, and in all cases lots of patience.

  7. It takes an S-Max to lug the wife, twins, and all their associated baggage around. All that was left of my modified sports car days (until I got the 300) was my number plate which is now on the S-Max. lol

  13. That's my old car. Fitted with a rocker switch, which you could open to whatever setting I liked depending how loud I wanted. To be honest I normally left them fully open. lol.

  15. That's Gio. that's the kind of info I was looking for. I don't remember seeing this in the foot well when I last looked. but will check again.
  16. As I said before, if you want this kinda set up, get it done custom. AAS Exhausts are only up the road from you. they made my VXR8 system look similar to stock, but sound fantastic with the valves closed, and orgasmic with them open. You'll save yourself money and fitment issues if you go custom.
  17. As part of my ongoing knowledge learning and general tidy-up/inspection of my car, I'll be removing the door cards shortly. From what I understand and have read, cars built post 1994 came with remote central locking as standard. I didn't get any remotes with my car, so I am wondering what I should be looking for when I remove the door card to indicate if it's fitted or not.
  18. I just fitted those. and yup, complete crap. Essentially just give 4 blue spots on the clocks and nothing else.
  19. Seaton front. I was the dick in the family wagon waving.
  20. Sorted out a blown dash bulb by replacing with LED's. Continued general tidying up of panels and wires. Traced a few wires that seemed to do nothing (and in fact do nothing). Took her for a drive this morning. first proper outing since removing the Decats. The sound is so much nicer now.
  21. Must have been a friendly lady at DVLA when I last put a plate in retention then. MOT had certainly ran out, but I paid the cash and got the retention certificate.
  22. It DOES NOT need a MOT. Just has yo be of a type of vehicle that requires an MOT. read that link again ;)
  23. Well I'll just drive it till 2nd stops working all together. lol.
  24. Cheers Mikey. I'll see how terminal this one is first.
