  1. Er......no 350z I know came with mesh wheels as standard. And I'm a moderator on the 350z forum. UK cars came with either 6 spoke standard wheels with curved spokes. Or the 6 spoke Rays. Or the 5 spoke GT4 specials. Put a pic up.
  2. The rays do. Though the tyres need changing to maintain rolling radius. Dan had a set for sale recently.
  3. Removing my old exhaust today, this is one of the repair a previous owner had carried out.....
  4. I think this car has been discussed on here already. Someone posted it up on 350z-uk a couple of days ago too.
  5. Head over to 350z-uk.com. we have a few owners of that very car who can offer you advice (I'm a moderator there)
  6. I'm not buying the Landed system now Si. I'll be keeping this ss set up I just got.
  7. As most of you know, I discovered that the exhaust on my Slicky was scrap and help together with a combination of cardboard and heat tape. This week I was about to bite the bullet and order a Labree system from the US, but a SWB popped up in eBay and I managed to give the breakers a call 5 minutes after their add went live. Andy at "Just Nissan" was a pleasure to deal with and within 2 hours the exhaust was off, parcelled, and on it's way. All for the grand total of £140. Bargain. Not sure when I'll get chance to get it on the car, so no idea what it sounds like yet. But anything is better than what I had. Here's some pics of the mid section, back boxes, and tail pipes. All in stainless.
  8. This thread has given me the biggest laugh in months!!
  9. The little white box near the fuse box in drivers foot well. It's the control module for all that gear you've lost. Most likely it's failed.
  10. lol. Record it on an iPhone to play him later!
  11. Dogs welcome. Don't think dogs are allowed in the town hall.
  12. Update on LakeZ 2014. The use of a village hall and it's grounds 2.2 miles away has been negotiated for camping use. Due to the increased interest in LakeZ this year, camping in the usual spot in Cark is tight. We'll be looking for volunteers to move campsites closer to the time. There is a charge with the new campsite, but it includes electricity hookup and toilets/showers. We're looking into the arrangement of transport to and from that campsite to Cark.
  13. It was truly Baltic yesterday! Good to catch up with people though. Hopefully see more 300's there next time. We're gonna make it a quarterly event.
  14. I'll still be there Si. Just not in the 300.
  15. By metal cover I'm wondering if he means the CAS.
  16. My renewal quote today for the SMax from current insurer was 150% increase. And they can't explain to me why. So it's bye bye to them.
  17. Yeah that would help wouldn't it! Falcon Performance, Davy Road, Skippers Lane industrual estate, Middleborough.
  18. I quite like the looks of the DS3. Unfortunately owning a 406 coupe diesel, and droving numerous incarnations of hire cars have put me off french cars for life.
  19. How about the tossers on country roads who sit at 45mph no matter whether they are on a NSL road, or going through a 30 limit village? Or the tossers who do 35 round anything vaguely looking like a bend on a country road, but then accelerate to 80 on a straight to ensure you are unable to get past them.
  20. Ordered the gear Lee linked to above, and an inline fuse holder just to be on the safe side. I'll do a "how to" on installing it if I ever get the chance over the next few weeks.
  21. My thoughts exactly. I'm a complete cynic with eBay at the moment. The amount of Shilling going on is unreal.
  22. can you pass the info on to Nathan and Aaron Stevie?
  23. I was looking at that. What size fuse did you wire in?
  24. I'll give you that £3 I owe you!
  25. Did you put in an inline fuse?
