have you got the fuel regulator mixed up with the fuel damper ..both on plenum and can be confusing

iff it has the original valve guides and iff these are worn really excessive then these will take out new stem seals in a couple of thousand miles

A cheap fix is to wire another "hidden" bulb and use this as a slave

take the engine back out and re-trace what you did

The elbos you have on your engine are the same as standed mate...meaning normal down pipes will fit straight on be it 3 hole down pipes with the cats or 3 hole decats. Ime almost certain there 2/12" ID.

Mate ime up and out at 5am loading trucks then my crew arrive at 7am. When i get home dont think ime stuck infront of this forum all night as its 1 of many windows running including knocking out estimates and invoices and phone time with sub-contractors all night...other stuff including small plant and tool repairs at home workshop.I finnish when i put my head on the pillow and do it all again the next day so mate with the greatest repect ime self employed and my maths are spot on.
