The job is straight forward Craig...dont forget to fit the drain tube correctly that goes through the lower boot region though;)...And dont hang the bird too low for the next few days or the dog will drag it off the hook...LOL

Extreme makeover, engine ancillarys in a month.
rubbish....totally block the threaded holes you have where the PCV are and 4 more vents at the cam covers to let the motor and sump vent via pipes down the side of motor..straight to the ozone and no drips whatsoever.Be one of the best mods you do to your engine.

Wide arse Z for sale again...
that rear tire looks like its stretched to 1 mm of its life.....could be a cheap wide ass though for somebody

Not the wheel bearing
Rear wheel bearings are hard to spot and what sometimes sounds like one corner is actually the other corner.Ive just changed a wheel bearing on my van which gave me a nearside rear rumble for 2 years, the bad bearing turned out to be the offside front:confused1: thats how the rumble reasonates across sometimes

Complete transplant - Where to do this? Parts/Car Proposition...
Hmmm maybe next time 2 members want to deal, share, play,or work together fixing zeds it might be better keeping your gob shut and using the PM system as it seems people think they have the " Lawfull rights" to picking a spanner up:rolleyes:. Before anyone jumps on the bandwagon i have played the role of TLO so know all the rights and wrongs of traders here and fully back them still but i found nothing sinister at all in post 1 or post 2 and certantly was,nt back door trading as i saw it. Other members might think otherwise and thats fine too.

we,ve all grabbed a bit and poked around...hell iff everything came to light what i have done then ime looking down the barrel of 90 years with no parole. Its is getting a bit silly now imho and as Richard has pointed out why has it taken so long to report this tit grabbing from these now mentaly damaged poor women:rolleyes:...No win no fee anyone??? Disclaimer....the likes of Mr Jimmy Savile is another and genuine case all together:mad:

Engine rebuild using graphogen correctly
i put a small dab on the cam lobes too Gary.only needs the smallest of smeares on bearings, journals ect as too much can prevent the caps from closing up. Too be honest mate ive never used it on the bores or rings as clean engine oil does the trick in that department and ive built 4 motors with the stuff and only used about 10% of the tube as thats so little you need of it:cool3:
-
vids smoking engine after being layed up for 8 months
very rich wet fuel smoke....i bet the motor has not even come upto correct operating temps yet and thats without the ECU now in self learn . Dont be reving too hard as your bores will be wet with fuel

Time to move on!
The above reading is sad mate but thats Zeds init...Iff it was me ide run a stocker and let the family take centre stage for a year or so then iff you still have fire in your belly then go for it...I came out of 2 zed builds earlier in the year and had my fill so ime the middle of taking a break untill next spring then see what turns up. Goodluck in whatever you do.
