  7. Latest machine to make my life a little easier...my last lathe had just got too old and sloppy with reduced accuracy so had to go:no:
  8. every sensor ive removed they look like a burnt burger after over 20 years in the most hostile part of the motor to put a none metalic component
  9. Going back to the OP...check for a loose connector as stated by others as what happens is when you give it some the in-rush of air from the viscous fan forces the connector to move iff its loose..on idle or gentle driving it stays put and makes the connection. Bin the plastic connector shroud as with this still on you cant see how loose it actually is.3 seconds with a pair of plyers later and nice tight connector.
  10. Thats all i did on my last zed Steve...one of Noz,s mbc straight down to the accuators.Reliable increased boost which never varies. This solenoid and dett sensor delete i would NOT recomend to anyone who,s not engine or mechanical savvy as the devil spawned dressed as detonation can come in the night and kill
  11. They are the tool for a safe map (reduced boost) by way of a diverter valve which is all they are really...The dett sensor and ECU commands the solenoids to bleed off air from the accuator line.
  12. theres only one smiley i can give you Tom on this one:hammer::hammer:. went past yours today like a curb crawler about 1.30pm but no life so i drove on.
