For anyone needing downpipe gaskets (3 hole type) just go to your local motor factors and ask for Ford transit 1991-2000 ones...2 1/2" and the same hole PCD. Only £2.75 each too:cool3:

electrical issues
Get a 12V tester Dave and take the earth side to a sound earth (neg batt is best) and put the positive to the middle pin in the bulb holder and see if its live..if you get power then its the earth on the bulb holder. You can do a continuity test on the bulb holder earth and the other lead to chassis earth point and see if you get a buzz..iff you dont then its the bulb holder earth either the holder or the fixing to chassis

Why dont you go and measure yours then you will know for sure what you need,leaving the simple choice left to slots or drilled:)

LED indicators flashing too fast
Needs a load resistor the same value as 1 more bulb..or a simple fix is have a slave bulb wired into each side and have it hidden in the boot,this will load the flasher unit and the world will be good again

you forgot iff you buy 6 spark plugs then you can only fit 5 unless you then remove the balance bar to remove the 6th coil pack then realise a rubber O ring from the bar has come off the plenum and fell down the back of the motor:headvswal:D

What's it called and what does it do?
Just wrap plumbers PTF tape around the sensor thread before you fit...gives it a nice snug leak free fit:)

houston we have a problem
it should be 25 psi on idle and 80C temp...it would appear as iff the wires have been swapped around,strange:confused1:
