  1. Your right I am really gutted, I just spent 15 minutes on that :p.
  2. That does mean you lost your heater though, and its coming into winter. There aint a lot of Z specialists around up here, Ive posted a small list of garages on a separate thread, you could try one of those, however any decent garage local to you should manage to do the repairs you require, provided youve not cooked the engine when its overheated.
  3. It was pretty good, only 4 cars but we had a good natter and the KFC was pretty good too :D. Also found out its getting bloody cold at nights now though Andy, Tam, Colin and David nice to meet you all again. Robert
  4. hello and welcome :)
  5. First and only bike I had was the honda XL125. __________________
  6. nice job, may use the same methods to re-do my headlight inserts.
  7. If it was hiphop and rap that mainly played in my motor, id forget the idea of fitting a bass tube, sub or amp, I'd probably even rip the fookin speakers out :D
  8. Brake lines I think you should be able to get done a bit cheaper if you shop around, done mine 2 years ago at the front of my house which is obviously going to be a bit harder than a garage with a ramp etc, and took me a weekend. You can do them by dropping the subframe enough to gain access, as long as all the nuts and bolts loosen ok it its not too bad, it is awkward but can be done. The sills I think will be a different ball game, It all depends on the job you want done and who you take it to, £400 and thats gonna be a cover up enough to pass a test job. Ive just done mine and can honestly say that what you see on the outside is nothing compared to the condition of the inner sections, ive replaced sections of the outer sill, sill return, inner panel and sections of floor and rear arches, to do it right takes time and that means money, lots of it.
  9. fook thought I'd copied the map link, at least you can view the map from there. I'm heading straight from work tomorrow so anybody wanting to ask about the meet will need to do so tonight!
  10. Just to the south of McArthur Glen.I couldnt find a map for Kentucky fried but here's one for Frankie & Bennys next door. http://www.frankieandbennys.com/find_frameset.asp?code=livingston

  15. could have damaged a coolant hose or pipe, have you checked for any leaks or squashed hoses etc
  16.   better not let our mut see that or it will give him ideas
  17. New Nissan independant suspension demo http://www.weshow.com/uk/p/17433/nissan_independent_suspension I'm impressed, in fact I'm gonna watch the display again, I want a set up just like it in my car
  18. If the battery on the car is fully charged and you've changed the battery in the fob, you also need to consider that the key fob may have gotten out of sinc with the alarm and may need re-setting, you will need to read the alarm manufacturers instruction book on how to re set it. I had much the same problem after my car had been sitting a while without being started.

Yep the boost jets seem to be ok, my car was fitted with them when I bought it 3 years ago, and had been fitted for a while before apparently. the engine still runs pretty sweet. just a shame the rest of the car rusted and fell off the engine :D
  20. It aint that bad, it certainly didnt sound like a bag of shite to me :D , its a 17yr old sports car not a 3yr old lexus, chill and enjoy, think about me i'm running around in Frances answer to a people lugging tractor with 220k on the clock, ffs its that noisy it could be running on 2 cylinders and i wouldnt be able to tell.
  21. lol yet again mine is giving it a miss as well, so its the old pug for me. sorry to hear your having problems with the new motor, hope its fixed soon
  22. Yep the date was already suggested in the first post (the 18th October) as there werent any other suggestions at the time I took it as read that this is going to be the date, as for location its your lucky day Livingston.... and as Andy (berrica) wants to stuff his face it will be either at or at a car park next to KFC Time 19:30hrs I think should do it.
