Modified, ingelston...
Dont think I'll be there, getting a bit long in the tooth for all that. Besides I would spend most of the time perving at the totty rather than looking at the cars :). On a serious note though I generaly dont follow the modded car scene and am unaware as to when these shows are taking place, I realise some of the younger members would like to get invovled more in these events, I'm more than happy for you to arrange attendance. Infact if any of you lads fancy a shot at the REO job please step forward......go on Mikey you know you wanna

Would this Apexi fit our cars?
Depends on whos testing it, other tests have had some interesting results :) http://www.australianauto.com.au/HTML/Images/Air%20Filter%20Shoot%20Out.pdf I tried to get a couple of the Austrailian cheapo's to try, but ended up with the AEM Dryflows. Flow aint too much of an issue as I have a twin filter set up

Louden Castle Cars n Rides Show (20th June)
Looked into this one last year, but there was a cost involved in entering and there would be no guarantee of people attending so didnt go for it. I was hoping the Chatelherault show would be on this year, but dosent seem to be the case, cant find any mention of it and had no reply from the council. Looks like its going to be East Fortune http://beta.nms.ac.uk/our_museums/museum_of_flight/special_events/magnificent_machines.aspx

June Mini Meet
3 Z's and a Rover, all the old gits :). I'm begining to think all you young guys are ashamed to be seen with us, so hold your own meets in secret. Ohhhh and we should have arranged the meeting in Linlithgow, had a we run through on the way home, the place was heaving with scantily clad women...It must have been the Linlithgow marches yesterday, drunken bodies everywhere!

Before you renew anything, how quickly is the engine turning over, if its a bit sluggish even with the booster on give the battery a bit of a charge and try it again.

May Road Trip
It was a great weekend, you up for next year? The silver Z belongs to BIGHORN666. Glad to hear you got it sorted, and nice to have met you and the sons. Nah it wasnt too cold, infact the first couple of days were quite warm, though the sea breeze at Ullapool was cool, never noticed much at night due to the anti freeze :)

Air filter question?
It was £100 for two, most on here the Apexi as the one to go for. But from what I can tell only comes in one size so might not be what you are looking for and at £100 pound a pop I certainly wouldnt be buying them. They might be good but I dont see how they can justify that kind of price

Air filter question?
Ive just fitted a set of AEM Dryflow filters to mine. They do a lot of different size combinations so might have something that fits. I sourced mine from the states. Worked out at just over £100 for the 2 all in. Just did a google search. http://www.aem-power.co.uk/aem_dry_filters.htm
